[The comm shows Toph wrapped in a few blankets, sitting on the stone floor as close to the fire place as she safely can. If the scowl on her face is any indication, she's not too thrilled.

Adjusting the blankets, she continues to talk despite any potential muffling her cocoon might provide.]

Ugh, since we'll be here for who knows how long, I wanna keep busy. If anyone has any scrap metal they want made into stuff like weapons or whatever, let me know. I probably won't charge anything for now, since it'll just be busy work. [She pauses, then figures she better explain for the newbies.] I control metal and earth, and it's called bending. That's how I can do this. Okay? Okay.

[An arm retreats from her nest to grab a ceramic cup on the floor next to her. A quick drink later, and her arm's back inside with the rest of her.]

Also if anyone finds land that isn't frozen over, please tell me. It's important. [Not really but shh.]

Oh, right. Allen, Zuko, Sokka, Katara, Beverly, I need to talk to you guys. In person is better, also sooner. Thanks.

[Allen hasn't been in the most social of moods lately, but he'll go seek out Toph when she asks. So not too long after the broadcast, he comes to find her. ]

Toph? Are you okay?

[She feels his approach and lifts one hand in greeting before retreating back into her nest.]

Fine. Just cold. I wanted to talk to you about the ship.

Ah- yeah, it's freezing out.

[Which don't mind him as he pulls over a chair by that nice fire of yours. He'll even pull off his right glove to warm his normal hand by the fire. He makes an "ahhh" sound at the pleasant feeling]

Oh? What about the ship?

And I can't see!

[That's super important okay.]

I want to get two more crew spots. For Bran's brother and sister.

Ah, yeah- that too. Sorry.

[Sucks to be you Toph. But he seems surprised]

Eh? He has a brother here now too?

[Right now, it does.]

Yeah. He's kind of a jerk, but he cares about Bran, so he'd want him there too.

Which brother is it?

[Since "kind of a jerk" could describe Arya too- especially with how she's often posing as a guy]

Robb. [She pauses, then grins.]

I'm calling him Pantaloons.

...Oh. The brother that's a king.

[Aw man. He would've preferred Arya. Or even the rabid Rickon. But he'll snort at the nickname. A king would hate that nickname, and therefore-]

Go ahead.

I told him not to get his pantaloons in a bunch. He told me to call him Robb like his lord father named him.

So I won't. [Toph logic at its finest.]

[ His Lord father...he makes a bit of a face at that phrasing. ]

Right. Pantaloons it is.

Mhm. [Toph huffs loudly, blowing some hair out of her face.]

He seems like a real piece of work. And not the kind I like.

Sorta. I told him Bran was here, and he basically called me a liar.

[She turns to face Allen, doing her best exaggerated eye roll.] Even after they talked, he didn't apologize or anything.

...Wonderful. He sounds like my ex.

Hopefully he adjusts. From the sound of it, his family has been through a lot.
