Who: Carswell Thorne & you!
Broadcast: Fleetwide.
Action: The Marsiva.
When: 2/25.
[ This isn't his ship. That's the first thing he notices when he wakes up. Not oh no I've been kidnapped or any such thing, just that this is not the Rampion. The networks's first view of him is somewhat dignified-- he's cursing and swearing that if "they" damage "her" in anyway there'll be hell to pay and muttering a few random names including Cress, Cinder, "that guy", etc. That's about when he pauses, realizes that there's an open communicator and shuts that off for the moment.
Shortly later, he reappears, far more composed and calm. He's somewhere more public than the bunks. Possibly a hallway. ] Hello there, various [ vague hand gestures ] strangers. Lovely to meet all of you. I just have a few simple, small questions to ask. Answers or direction to a pamphlet would be greatly appreciated.
One, Where are we? Specifically in relation to, say, Earth?
Two, Has anyone seen a 214 Rampion? It's a 11.3 Class cargo ship. Yes, I realize it's likely not aboard this ship. [ pause ] Probably? How big is this place? Is there a sauna?
Three, Where can I find something edible?
Thank you for your time. [ He shuts it off. He can also be easily found wandering, as one does when they wake up on a random space ship without warning. ]

Yo, welcome to the fleet.
Let's see...Earth is either a billion miles away or not. Nobody has a clue. Never heard of a ship like that but if you came from it odds are it's not here, sorry.
Aaaand there's a cafeteria over there if you go snooping. Enjoy the food, it's...not as good once you leave.

That's. Okay, sure, sure. And how exactly did we end up in the vast nothingness of space so far from Earth, exactly?
[ He will be mourning the loss of the Rampion forever, but even he occasionally has reasonable priorities. ]
How does food get worse than what's in a cafeteria?
video;
[Chloe had arrived from a rather terrible moment, so she didn't really mind.]
As for the food...just trust me. Enjoy what you can there. Steal some if you want!

Hey. I'm Furiosa, Captain of the First Breath. Your rig likely isn't here. As for Earth ... [She gives a shrug.] Doubt we're anywhere near it.
video;
And I was fairly near Earth before I woke up here, I don't see how I'd just suddenly not be without, you know. Noticing.
[ Usually that is the sort of thing people notice, one would think. ]
Re: video;
I was on Earth, and then I wasn't. [Well, as much as one could still call it that, after the ruin.] Whatever tricks they used to bring us here, they're thorough.

[ dude must really like saunas. ]

Yeah- on planets and waystations, you can buy or barter for real food, so you won't be stuck without forever.
[ text ]
There's a cafeteria straight outside of the place where you wake up. [Pause a beat, and another line of text appears across the screen.] Music's less loud in the hallway too. FYI.
