[When the broadcast turns on, it looks like Allen is in the lab of the SS Tourist. On the table before him, there seems to be a number of bags he collected from the surface, some of them seem to be carrying basic medical supplies.]
Hello. This is Allen Walker from the SS Tourist speaking.
I've come to understand that there are a number of ships in our fleet that lack any medical personnel or even a sickbay. So, to be on the safe side, I'm putting together a number of first aid kits to give to any ships that require them. They won't be a complete substitute to either of those things, but...I think it should help with any minor illnesses or injuries.
Inside each kit will be basic medical supplies that should help with injuries and common aliments like headaches, colds, fever, upset stomach and motion sickness. I'm also writing instructions of how to perform basic first aid, but if you wish to have me teach you directly I can do that too! [Since seriously the last clinic made him take first aid class 5 times because he looks like a kid, HES GOT IT DOWN]
So if you or your ship would like a first aid kit, please let me know! I'll try to get one to you before we leave the planet. Also, I admit that most of my experience is treating humans or species very similar- so, uh, if you know that human medicine won't work for you- please contact me and I'll see what I can do!

[Allen can be found later on in the planet. He's really not interested in the alcohol that the people have to offer (if anything, he seems to be constantly staying several feet from it), but the facepaint and masks definitely have his attention. He can be found at some of the booths, looking through all the different skulls - as if he's trying to figure ones to decorate his ship. Because you know...that's not creepy at all for a medic.]
[If not there, you might catch him munching down on whatever protein meal seems to be offered to him. Sure, it's not the best tasting food - but it's food and it's free! Which is awesome man.]
