[Hell yeah, Joseph is all about this beach. Joseph spends most of the daytime playing. He plays 110% at volleyball, too competitive to play any less, and he swims. Sometimes he's a little lower energy and spends time just walking the beach, picking up weird seashells he finds along the way or even finds a good spot to build a gigantic sandcatsle for the surf to eventually wash away when the tide rolls back in. He only really settles down when it comes to chowtime (which holy shit, he is so excited about real food; it's a wonder he doesn't cry) and at night. In the evenings is when he gathers some booze and builds a decent-sized fire that anyone's welcome to find a spot and sit nearby.]

[Buckle up, kiddos. Joseph is definitely making some excursions below the surface. It doesn't matter if you're on his ship or if he even really knows you all that well. If you want to see what's out there in the big, blue wet thing, Joseph's piloting a shuttle down there. Of course, it may not be the smoothest ride. He's still getting the hang of this whole piloting thing. But a few bumps and scrapes on a few underwater formations isn't so bad, right? It's not like he's gonna crash.]
[...Hopefully.]

[Okay, but Joseph doesn't completely screw around the entire time they're on the planet. He does try to lend a hand where he can, where he won't be in the way. Most of this involves lifting heavy things and simpler tasks that quite honestly don't require a lot of skill, but from time to time he can be found with a small horde of children. Don't worry, the kids are in good hands and he keeps them entertained with tag (he occasionally carries the kids with shorter legs on his shoulders so they're not always "it") and hide and seek (which he naturally exaggerates how hard it is to find the kids).]
