Excuse me, everyone. With the Iskaulit now in our hands, there have been a few people suggesting ideas for what to do with the spaces inside. If I might add one more, I'd like to build a memorial for the Nunnilis who were on this ship until a few months ago. It doesn't have to be a central part of the ship, but given that they were the original inhabitants of the ship and would still be if not for what happened...I think they ought to be remembered. Would anybody else be willing to help with this project?

I also believe it would be helpful for those with ideas for the ship to meet and plan together, regardless. That way, everyone could coordinate and share resources in the process of setting up everything they need. One of the waystations could be used as a meeting location, if a neutral location is needed.

Yeah. We didn't get the ship because they wanted us to have it... we do need to acknowledge that. What kind of memorial were you thinking of?

Something to explain what happened, and any names we can find in the records we've found to preserve their memory. I think it would be good to have a place to leave flowers or other offerings as well.

Well, I was hoping to write something about the original crew and what happened to them. Would you be willing to help me with that?

If there's still a crew manifest we can get to I bet it'd have that info. We could set up a holo to display their names and pictures one at a time.

Do you know how to do that? I haven't tried anything like that before.

For now, ideas for what the memorial should look like would be best. It would be nice to have stone, but those aren't something easily found on any ship.

Of course. If you want to take a look at some of my notes, both from the Iskaulit and from my talks from the Nunnalis, I'd be willing to share.

I might. It will take a while longer to plan, but I'd be glad to use them. But are you sure you won't need them yourself?

Yes, that would help a lot! I have my own notes from everyone's work on the Iskaulit, so I'm sure putting them together will give a more complete picture of what happened.

I bet I could if there's that kind of technology on the ship. I might need to tinker with it some since it won't be exactly the same as what I know.

You're a considerate young lady, Shirley. You should know that.

Not yet. It's part of why I proposed that everyone get together. It wouldn't do to have the memorial placed next to a bar, for example.

Yeah. There's a couple places I can think of. One would be near where everyone enters the Iskaulit. You see the memorial as soon as you walk in. The other, and you're free to say no, is if it's near the interfaith space.

A meeting would still be best, you're right. I'm not sure what else everyone's planning.

I know I'd like an explanation of what happened and the crew members' names, as well as a place to leave offerings. The only memorials I've ever seen have been in stone, but someone may be able to set up a different kind of display.

Then could you please see if you can? I can meet you on the ship if that will help.

I don't either, unfortunately, but both of those places sound like good positions. I may have to think on it a little more.
