Yeah, I've had the same problem. The best I've got is some scrap metal. I can try to make it into a sword, but I'm no blacksmith...
[And there's absolutely no art to it, seriously. A piece of rebar can never compare to the amazing blades he'd seen crafted in SAO and ALO.]
