[ The broadcast begins, showing a teenage girl, white-skinned with a purplish tint (unlike what her inaccurate anime icons show) and pointed elf-like ears. Bits of the welcoming confetti is stuck to her long dark hair and she has yet to bother brushing it off. Suddenly waking back up on the Marsiva and being transported to a new ship was startling at first.

She's actually rather confused, but she hides it well with all her smiling. And she's enjoying her dessert. Holding her bowl with one hand, she gives an excited wave to the screen. ]

Hey everyone!

[ And she takes another scoop of chocolate pudding with her spoon. ]

Before I was on a totally different ship and some casino planet. Not a western. Did I fall asleep or something?

Heh, yeah! A lot of things here seems impossible though, don't you think?

[ And she nods. ] Mm! Yeah. For a little while.

At this point, I can't even tell what's impossible or not... I could actually see us getting stuck at a casino planet.

I don't gamble either, so I sure hope we don't get stuck on one. And if the shops are anything like the ones from the station, it'd be way too expensive! Nothing a newbie can afford.

[He doesn't recognize the voice, nor the face, but he does know the features of the different fairy races from ALO. It's not a sure thing, of course - there's a lot of different people and races in the fleet, apparently - but he can't help wondering. After being stuck in the GGO form for days with no idea how to switch between, it would be a huge relief to meet someone else with an avatar form.]

[huaaaaagh]

[And, since the new arrival has him thinking about ALO instead of GGO, his augment acts up and switches his avatar again. Not that he realizes it, of course.]

Is that an imp avatar?

Looks like I'm starting from scratch. Er... I never really had that much money in the first place anyway. [ She was still pretty much a newbie before. ]

[ She could crack a joke about her guild being called the "Sleeping Knights" but that would be terrible. So, she just grins and answers his comment. ]

Oh? Honestly, I haven't taken much of a look around yet. You having fun here, kiddo?

[ The next person to show up on her communicator finally has her freeze up in shock and nearly choking on her pudding. Spriggan characteristics are familiar to her and another player from ALO is what she least expected. That's not what gets to her though. The attire and hairstyle may be different, but she recognizes the face and voice.

Nevermind that he just asked her a question like this is the first time they've met. She's far too distracted to focus on that. ]

[That's unexpected. He knows that he and his friends tend to get around in ALO, but it's not like they're famous or anything. The last significant thing he'd done was a year ago when he'd broken through the World Tree dungeon, but there hadn't been any imps involved at the time. Plus, his GGO avatar isn't well-known, either.]

Seriously? That sucks, even if there's not much to buy here.

[Well, since you're stilling hanging about on the bridge, sooner or later Joseph turns up. He figures even if he's just going to leave the ship on autopilot and idling while they're visiting a moon, he might as well be prepared just in case anything else weird happens. He's just bringing a comic book with him to keep himself entertained.]

[But it seems like that won't be necessary because hey! It's a new crew member!]

You better enjoy that pudding while it lasts.

Things would be way easier if Atroma didn't just transfer only my avatar and abilities. [ Like her inventory. She'd rather be fighting with a sword than guns. But she shrugs, not too bothered by it. She's satisfied with the life she lived in ALO and doesn't want to dwell on it too much. ]

It's fine. I'll just keep working my way up and maybe we'll wind up on some planet with some things worth buying.

Huh? Hehe... well, of course!

[ Is the feed from the other side not recording her properly? Yuuki looks briefly taken aback. Hearing those words from him stings a little. Last she remembers, him, Asuna, and a large part of the ALO playerbase were with her during her last moments. Everyone knew her and she left an impression on many, which is something she wanted before passing on.

She really wants to brush it off as some sort of joke, but he never struck her as the type who would joke about this sort of thing. Nonetheless, she keeps up a smile and laughs sheepishly. ]

Come on, stop kidding around.

[ But she's already gulping down the last spoonful of pudding! When she finishes, she sets her bowl down and gives a sheepish laugh, rubbing the back of her neck. ]

Too late to tell me that!

Avatar? What's that?

[That's what catches her ear the most.]

Oh, right. [ She gives herself a light smack on the her forehead. Not everyone knows about VRMMOs. ]

It's my appearance from the VRMMO I was in before. [ A beat. Wait she should explain the VRMMO part too. ] Virtual reality gaming! Sorry.

[She seems... displeased...]

Right, well. Any planet's food is worth buying.

[Crap, did he forget something important? He frets immediately, wracking his brain to try and remember her face. Is it like Death Gun, where he just needed something to remind him of her? Or did he not pay enough attention to someone who helped him somewhere?

It's frustrating, and his voice is regretful when he finally speaks up again.]

I'm sorry... I wish I was. Maybe- if you tell me your name, I might...?

[ So, no joke. She doesn't want to believe it, but it does sound like the truth. Well, her chipper facade is fading quickly. She briefly goes quiet, looking visibly dejected as she lowers her gaze from the feed. ]

[ She already doubts any further information would help, so just a name he's getting. ]

Yuuki? But that's...

[Asuna's name. Is that just a coincidence, or should he be thinking about Asuna's allies, rather than his own? Did she meet someone in ALO?]
