[he tosses the crow in the direction of the bed, which it doesn't much appreciate--it gets a couple seconds of flight before landing on the edge of the bed, hopping onto the floor, and deciding to head back under all the covers anyway. his fun is over--the plot's been spoiled.]

I actually look like this before I dye my hair... and some other stuff. [the boy stands, brushes off his knees.] Except I'm not really a kid. That part's just a metaphor. No one expects a cute kid to be suspicious, right?
