[Steven is concerned by these noises. So he immediately bursts into the room, pillow in hand.]

Nooooo!! [Immediately, he throws the pillow at the first person he sees.]

[ there are a lot of things that Isaac's werewolf senses help with, but he's so stuck in the movie he doesn't immediately anticipate the pillow. and it hits him square in the face. ]

What was that for? [ he may or may not be the adult here and throw the pillow right back at the kid. ]

I- I thought someone was under attack! The screa- oof!

[The he's cut off by a face-full of pillow, and he giggles as the pillow then falls onto the ground. But it looks like he's finally noticing the movie that's playing.]

Under attack, in a room this small? I mean this ship is even tiny. Who would be -- nevermind. [ ... now he feels bad for pegging the kid with the pillow, but he doesn't exactly seem bothered. he hopes. ]

Oh. Uh, but yeah, just a movie. Turns out turning into a weird dog actually hurts. [ not that he has experience or anything. he shrugs, gesturing to the movie. the kid seems young, and as startled as isaac was before he's calmed down now. ] I mean, you can watch if you want. The ship gave it to me. Pretty weird.

Big enemies can come in tiny packages. You never know! ...But I guess it was kind of silly of me. Sorry!

[He takes up a seat as he looks towards the movie.]

Ooh, a weird dog? Like a... wereweirddog? Whatever this is, I wanna see! ...If it's okay.

Yeah, supposed to be a werewolf but the makeup is seriously bad.

[ Isaac should probably consider the content before scooting over on his bed and opening a space for Steven to sit and watch. but he did peg the kid with a pillow -- may as well make penance now. ]

So it just kind of looks like a guy in a really bad dog costume. Or something. See? [ he even pauses it so he can show him the terrible effects. that is not how werewolves look, jeez! not that he looks much better as one, but. ]

[He hops on over onto the empty space on the bed! And he rests his hands on his knees as e watches.]

I get it! The makeup could really use a lot of work. [He nods.]

But I guess that every dog has its day!

[ he's not usually one to be friends with kids, but it beats sitting on a new ship alone, right? and watching terrible movies with someone makes them even funnier. ]

Yeah, but it was the 80s. Pretty sure that was 'good' make up for the time, but --

[ ... sorry, he's just gonna deadpan at the kid a moment. ] Dogs might, yeah. But that's a wolf. It's definitely missed it's day, too.
