He goes for the crafting cabinet first, since it's closer. Recognizing how things tend to get a bit disorganized after being taken out of their packaging, he gives the crayons, markers, and pencils their own boxes to live in-- then stacks them on top of each other.
He's not great with conversation, though, so unless she says something he'll just keep working...]
