[Ugh, focus on Zuko, he has much less murder-y mindset about all this. ]

I...have a lot of personal problems with Azula. Back during the war, she put Suki in a prison in the middle of a mountain, surrounded by a lake of boiling water. Then she taunted me about it. Also she's tried to kill me a couple of times so...

It's not exactly unjustified, but it means I can't make a decision on what to do with her while being neutral. I'm trying to distance myself from the handling of her as much as I can and just focus on keeping this ship safe from her.

I think you're making the right decision. It's a mark of a good leader, to recognize when your judgment is compromised and taking the appropriate steps to mitigate that.

But, you still have to take care of your emotional well-being. I'm sure you know by now that I'm always here if you need me, right?

[It's good to hear, honestly. All he wants is the best for his crew. If they're kept safe, if he can do his JOB here, then the rest can just...wait by the sidelines. Now's not the time to antagonise Azula into a fight, as much as he desperately wants it. ]

I’ll check in with her. It's understandable why Katara is upset, and she has every right to be, but we have to let Zuko try at least. He knows Azula better than anyone else does.

[And in the end, he’s the one who will no doubt suffer the most.]
