...Then, if one of the people who came from Kyriakos undergo such a thing, how are we meant to prevent anyone from seeing memories of the Echoes?

The Atroma claimed they weren't broadcasting at the time. So... Either hope that's true, or hope that your heart can keep people away from those memories.
