A year, huh... [Jennifer looks distant and sounds a little sad.] How... [She hesitates.] If you've been here for a while, what kinds of things do you do to cope when you're really, really missing home? Because I've been thinking about my friends back home a lot lately, and having been the only person from my world here this entire time... [She trails off, and decides to just wait for responses.]

And that fox does have a tendency to sink her teeth into everything. [Jennifer began peeling the cupcake paper off, taking a bite right away. She then nodded.]

I've met so many kind people here, and I've been lucky to have a good crew, too. Some people I really like have left, but... that's the way of life anywhere, isn't it? And it doesn't diminish the experience of having met them any.

Yeahhh, kinda wished Jade managed to pick up a muzzle on that station for that thing, I've just started storin' m' stuff as high as I can. [Especially since he had managed to pick up quite a few items from the station, a lot of clothing and little luxury products he hadn't been able to get his hands on before, and the last thing Remy wanted was his new coat to get torn to pieces.] I say we lock it in Dave's room. Just for 'ntertainment purposes.

Probably a good call. Hopefully she'll be able to get it under control soon... or at least get some chew toys in the meantime.

[She laughed.]

Playing pranks on the captain, huh? I need to let out my rebellious side once in a while.

[Raising a brow in Jennifer's direction, Remy's grin took on a bit of a mischievous tone.] Are ya really 'ncouragin' me to misbehave? Not use to that, more like, 'no Remy, what the hall ya thinkin'?!'

Although... if ya wanna, we do have a lot of jello to work with. Could find one or two, or everything in his room to encase in it, just would take a bit of time to do.

See, the encouragement should come from the person you least expect. That way, nobody will suspect it was my idea in the first place.

I will say not to do the entire room, though. Maybe just a few strategic puddles on the floor.

Ahh, so I become the scapegoat for ya, hein? I see how it is. [His grin turning a bit more sly.] But somehow, I think I can live with that, though my normal way of runnin' 'nything like this is deny all 'nvolvement, even when they got proof on ya doin' it.

Yep. After all, nobody would expect little ol' me to be behind anything. [She smirked.] Of course, we could be each others' alibi, too.

I like how ya thinkin' there.

Ya know, 'nstead of his room we could hit what seems to be his most loved item, his chair. [Since Dave spent so much time just lounging around in it.] Create a kinda whoopee cushion type of thing, but with break away sides 'nd jello fillin' for when he sits on it. What ya think? Less clean up for him than stuff in his room.

[Jennifer laughed and took another bite of the cupcake.]

Count me in. Are we going to make it one flavor, or mash a bunch of flavors together?

Could do one for the main seat 'nd do two different flavors for the arms? Depends how many options we got. [Jello wasn't his normal go to for foods so he hadn't really paid too much attention to the options.] Provided we can make it look hidden and unsuspectin'.

Hmm, that's going to be the tricky part... let's go to the kitchen and see what our options are. If we can't make it sneaky, a whoopee cushion is always an option, too.

After ya, cherie. [It was said with a smile as he stood from his seat and a step back to let her through the door first.]

[And Jennifer smiled back, stuffing the rest of the cupcake in her mouth as they went.]

[Moving his hands to the pockets of his jeans, Remy followed after her out of the room.]
