[she'd only stepped out for a minute...or, at least, that was all it was supposed to be...but the shouts definitely catch her attention, startling her away from the book she'd gotten sucked into when she'd gone to write down an idea. Tucking the pencil behind an ear, she makes a beeline for the stove, half-expecting to find the place burning down from the amount of panic in the guys' voices.
It's a bit of a relief when she darts in, just behind Sokka, and discovers that it's only a bit scorched where the food had begun to stick to the pan.
