I don't know its name - only that it was a forest very much like this one.

That gives me some idea, then. [And, actually, it gives him an idea of his own.] Would you like to see Nargothrond? It is my realm- a stronghold concealed in the caverns near the river Narog. I am rather proud of it and, given its nature and purpose, I did not get may opportunities to boast of my work.

[Because, you know, it kind of ruins the strategic purpose of a hidden stronghold, if you go around telling everyone it exists and where it is.]

I would like that very much.

[Standing, she holds out both of her hands, palms up, for him to take. When he does so, he will no doubt sense her eager interest in what he's about to show her as well as the quieter, yet much stronger, hum of love for him. There's an absolute trust there, a sense of home and family that helps to mitigate the sting of loss she'll be feeling for a long time, now that Daneel is gone. Gently, gently she pushes that heartbreak to the side. There's no ignoring it and no denying it, but she wants to share good things with him right now.]

[That quiet hum of love is echoed, mirrored back at her, steady, strong, and constant. That he pushes to the forefront of his mind, letting it drown out his own newfound grief.

And it is against that backdrop of love and affection that he places his realm- and it is only apt, really, for Nargothrond was nothing if not a labor of love. Each inch of it stands out as clearly in his mind as if the Halls were directly in front of him. The Doors of Felagund open from the hillside, leading into a series of caves- though that word hardly does them justice. They had been natural caves once, long ago, but the petty-dwarves had their dwellings there long before Finrod ever came. Now, with the aid of the dwarves of the Blue Mountains, Finrod worked winding system of caverns into a thriving underground city, with an elaborate Great Hall- a grand, beautifully decorated room, with a throne as its focal point.]

[Though she knew he loved her back, it's wonderful to feel it with, to bury herself in the warmth of his constancy, even as there is some concern for the hurt she feels him pushing away. Two of a kind, aren't they, refusing to inflict their pain on the other? So she lets herself get lost in the Halls of his home. It doesn't have quite the ethereal beauty of his sister's home in Lothlorien but it's him, warm and solid and full of life, so she can't help but love it.

When it comes to the throne, she can't help but smile in self-amusement, and some embarrassment, remembering when they first met, how fascinated she'd been by his princely status.]
