[ When the feed flickers to life, the network is greeted by the face of a young man who can't be older than seventeen or eighteen--albeit a very old seventeen or eighteen. He's a bit disheveled, dressed in a beaten denim jacket that could possibly be sporting quite a bit of dried blood on it if you look closely enough.

It's definitely something else to take in, but still, he surveys the camera with a cool smirk and a look of calm disinterest. ]

What's a guy gotta do to get a pack of cigarettes around here?

[ The important things. He chuckles, ducking his head to gaze out a window. He doesn't allow himself to be fazed by what he sees, no matter how the terrifying unfamiliarity of it all may twist his gut into knots. You never let them break you, whoever "them" may be here. ]

Glory, and here I thought Hell was gonna look a whole lot different than this. Alright, kids-- [ His gaze snaps back to the camera, still as cool and calm as ever. ] This place looks out of it. I ain't supposed to be here, but I may as well ask: What's there to do for kicks around here? I ain't savvy on staring at trees til I get sick, you dig?

[There's a fox girl in a medieval tunic sitting around nearby once he has finished his broadcast.]

[CHloe very pointedly has a cigarette in her lips when she turns on the feed. She reaches up to pluck it out though and smirks.]

Hell does look a lot different. There aren't nearly enough throw rugs and art deco lamps here for it to look like Hell.

Can you really get sick from staring at trees?

[ She isn't phased by his mocking. After working with Harry, everyone else seems easy. ]

[She seems perfectly unphased, honestly, though genuinely confused at the second part.]

[ He gestures to her ears. Surely there's nothing real about them. ]

[ He's going to find himself some anyway, but why do something now when you can complain about it until tomorrow? ]

[She tilts her head, ears flattening slightly. So, you know, if they are fakes, they're pretty convincing to move like that.]
