Good day. I did not get a good introduction last time, and I apologize for a lack of one. [She was just fearful of who could be here, and what information she had from back home-- though useless here, she was not sure if it could be used.]

My name is Meera Reed. I am from Westeros, and have been told there are others here from my home. I understand there is a truce. [At least no one has visibly tried to kill Theon-- that she's aware. He's standing at least. Though not the same man she's last seen.]

For those that that may not pertain to, I would like to know about time. On this ship it seems as if it doesn't go by. There are no true seasons. The planet was a welcome to see a harvest scene, but from what I understand, autumn-- nor Winter for that matter, do not pass in years as they do back home.

[It seems a simple thing, but it only made her think of how much has changed. Meera is quiet as she leans in to turn on off the camera, a few curls falling from behind her ear.]

Does that mean you know the Starks?

[He hopes she's friendly to them. Theon has already been somewhat of a landmine when it comes to that. ]

And it looks like it's different in some worlds. In mine, seasons pretty much last a few months, and we get four of them in a year.

[Kaworu's smile, once visible, is self-assured and assuring in equal parts. In general, he looks like a pleasant sort of person, handsome and sweet and fresh, as long as you aren't concerned by his washed out skin and very red eyes.

His voice is equally pleasant, something particularly gentle:] I had never known seasons, myself. When time passes, it does so without catering to anyone's heart.

The seasons do not pass at all -- not while we sail in the stars, my lady. [ a beat. ] But as you've seen, we have occasion to land on planets at different points in their calendars. It's dizzying.

[ to see so much change all at once. ]

Who told you that?

[ Of course he knows there's a sort of political truce, but it sure does feel as if everyone is against him personally. And by everyone, he mostly means Robb. ]

Indeed, I do. [Her reaction shows enough of whose side she is, her whole face brightening.]

Ours can last years. We had a very long summer.

Our season's last for far longer. I could not imagine such a short time as others have experienced. [Though she isn't sure if she herself would experience it since they are never planet side for too long.]

That was what I was reflecting on, [She responds with a gentle nod.] It was nice to see a harvest again. I had first come to Winterfell during the Harvest Feast.

[While war had been declared, this was far before her adventures had started.]

But I would imagine it is jarring to jump from climate to climate while never having it in space. [It's almost sad-- to be devoid of the recognition of time, the way the seasons change. At the very least they do have the different planets. But nothing is concrete.]

No one need tell me. [She smirks.] Your head isn't on a spike.

[Jokes aside, she sits back. She doesn't know who all is here, but there certainly doesn't seem to be any cross ship wars either. Surprisingly.]

In truth I have not heard any call to arms. And by now someone would have mentioned it to a Stark bannerman.

[That;s good to see. The Starks could always use more allies. ]

Awesome! We have a whole mess of 'em on the Fleet here. Is mess the right collective term for them? Maybe a Starkling? A Starkling of Starks.

I come from a place where ice and snow are there all year long. We technically get seasons, but they're not really all that different from one another.

The Harvest Feast -- [ her voice suffuses with nostalgia. her heart pangs for a place she'd never truly appreciated. ] I wish...oh, if we had proper seasons in the Fleet we might hold one of our own. But it seems impossible.

Reed? Your house is among the bannermen to the Starks, I believe?

There's a reason for that.

[ He mirrors her smirk, but it's incredibly halfhearted. He feels as though the only reason that his head isn't on a spike is because something worse than death is in his future and everyone knows it. ]

But you'll likely find that Robb Stark wants to see nothing more. If you can lure him away from his moping for even a moment, that is.
