Usually they come after a disaster, or yet another time he failed to get aid. They fall upon his ears and just leave a feeling of bitterness, even if he knows Kitty hasn't done anything really, it was people from his past. People who let his found family die, no matter how many times he would plead for aid. People who would lock up criminals and leave them to rot without a trial, how matter no much their loved ones would beg for actual justice.
