[He was...oh...he was...captain? Oh dear, oh dear.

He wrings his hands a bit, standing in the cockpit and looking around. There were so many things to remember! He'd only seen a documentary about space travel before, and read books about ships, but...

He glanced around, biting his lip nervously.]

Oh, heavens.

[Okay, time to make an announcement. He fishes out his communicator.]

AUDIO.

"Hello, umm, fellow crewmates. Looks like I'm your new captain! Er, if you have any questions, umm, feel free to meet me in the cockpit. A-also I'm led to believe that I get a special bunk but if you'd like to meet me and reserve a day for it, we can all take turns rotating out who sleeps on it. No sense in letting it go to waste!

...thank you, that's all, my dears."

[ HELLO. Caprine. Today you got not one, but two new arrivals. And as soon as she got over the sudden party lights and cake she is off. The good think about growing up in a galaxy where space travel is prominent she's already used to things like this. She looks in the bunk area and is actually surprised it's somewhat more roomy then the Flying Gets-- their bunks had been capsule bed in an anti-gravity room.

It's smaller than their ship but that's fine, too. They could make it grow-- that's what the others said. The important part here was finding just enough room. If it was just her practicing didn't need that much room.

So for now there's a girl with hearts in her eyes and hair wandering around-- and the ones in her hair definitely move if the light changes. Dressed in a costume (in red/navy blue) she arrived in. And she's singing softly to herself while a tiny glowing creature hovers after her. It's calming, at least,and she definitely waves to anyone she sees. ]
