We're doing alright, mostly. There are some less than friendly natives who've decided we all look delicious but we're handling it. Anders was grievously injured but he's stable now. Making him stay in bed to recover is the trick.

[A beat.]

Though... the sooner we can get out of here, the better. What about you folks that managed to stay in orbit? Are you alright?

[But that doesn't matter now. What matters is that his friend is alive and stays that way.]

To be honest I'd rather be on a planet - even this piece of crap rock - than trying to keep the air from leaking out of a ship in space.

[You know, when he actually has mana. His casting isn't so great with his resources depleted after he'd had to bring Anders back literally from the brink of death by using magic he had no idea he even could cast, let alone knew how. But Tyrion doesn't need to know that.]

That's fair. So what are we going to do about the guns so you can get down here? Do you know where they fired from? If you can get coordinates we might be able to launch a ground offensive or something.

That is what we up here are trying to figure out - whatever this planet's atmosphere is, it is messing heartily with our instruments. As soon as we have those coordinates we can start laying out an aerial assault.

I like that plan better. Less of us marching in and worrying about becoming dinner and more laying waste from a safe distance.
