Well — the augments, sometimes when they aren't working appropriately... they cause issues.

For the most part, they're relatively harmless. I've been changed back into myself as a child, for example.

Other times, however, it can be dangerous. Someone had been made to rampage and try to kill and hurt those around them. It's impossible to tell when these sorts of 'glitches' happen, as well.
