[ Twin Roses ]

[ The Twin Roses has a very new, and... probably very temporary communications officer. She's not been on this vessel before, and temporary as she may end up being, she is still keen to explore the ship and meet all of the people within it. Lunafreya may be a little out of her element here, though. She certainly feels like it, considering that she is currently dressed in a rather elaborate wedding gown. It's a bit embarrassing, really, considering... well. The circumstances.

Nevertheless, Lunafreya can be found wandering in various areas of the ship -- the kitchens, the bridge, and of course, communications. Despite her current state of dress, she will be more than happy to be distracted by a pleasant face and a decent conversation. Newbie to this ship she may be, newbie to the Fleet she is not. At least there won't be any silly questions? ]

[ Having found her way to her quarters, Lunafreya sits on the end of her bed. She has yet to change into the provided clothing that the Fleet fortunately has to offer, because there are far more important matters to tend to at the moment. She offers a soft smile. ]

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, and I was here many moons ago, though I know not how long it has actually been here for the rest of you. [ Ten years have passed in her world... and time doesn't work that way here, if she recalls correctly. ] I was hoping to not only say hello and reintroduce myself, but to perhaps get a role call as to who is still here and who is not.

[ The first time she was here, there was a sadness about her. This time around, that sadness is gone, replaced with something akin to fulfillment, gratitude, and... happiness. Content, even. And it certainly shows on both her face and in her voice. The smile she wears widens and warms further. ]

I look forward to seeing all of my dear friends in person very soon. I cannot wait to both see you all and hear all of the wonderful stories of the time you've spent here.

Luna- Luna! [Holy shit does Noct know- Of course, he's gotta know, he's gotta be the first person she called, but-] You remember the Fleet?

Oh, Luna! Welcome back- gosh, you look beautiful! Not that you weren't before.

Cloud! It is good to see you again. [ Hahaha no, Noct is probably still blissfully unaware of her presence. Uh, well, until this broadcast at least. ] I do remember, yes. I remember every single thing. How are you? How have things been here?

Good evening, Sorey. [ And there is her sweet ray of sunshine, what a sight for sore eyes. ] As always, you are far too kind. How have you been, Sorey?

[Well, there's a face Kaname's surprised to see, and it shows. But that soon turns to happiness.]

Luna, it's great to see you again.

[Vash didn't plan to spend hardly any time on the ship until the mystery of this new planet was solved. This changed, however, when he saw the Twin Roses had a new crew member.

When he comes on board again he is surprised to see her in what appears to be in a wedding gown.] Oh-- hello. And. Uh, um, congratulations?

[ Lunafreya flashes Kaname a bright smile. Don't feel bad, dear. She's just as surprised to be here, really. ]

It is very good to see you as well, Kaname. How are you, dear?

[ Honestly, of all times for this ridiculous place to pull her away from, it had to be while she was in a big, bulky dress, didn't it? And she'd been so happy finally, too.

Luna quickly turns to look at Vash as he speaks, and she offers him a smile and a small bow of greeting. ] Hello. Please, forgive me, I hope you will not find me rude for snooping around. [ She straightens, and her smile widens. ] Thank you very much. This was a very long time coming. Although it seems that my dearly beloved will have to wait on me a little longer.

[ ...Then again, she's pretty sure Noctis is still here, so maybe not that long. ]

Luna... You're back! [He knew it was a long shot, but he had hoped she would come back. He's not even going to pretend he's not crying.] Have you seen Noct yet? He's going to be so happy, you have no idea.

[''''blissfully''' look he got ur husband....SO smashed. And that was the best he could do]

Quiet. Unnervingly quiet- look, are you on a ship yet, or still on the Marvisa? [Wants to see u in person, sis]

[ She... can only imagine the damage control that u have had to do, Cloud. And Prompto, too, for that matter..... ]

I am on the Twin Roses for now. I have only just arrived here, I have not had much of a chance to get my bearings yet I'm afraid. [ Read: she hasn't had time to go outside and frolic on the creepy as fuck planet. ]

I'm wonderful! [TWO FRIENDS!!! Two friends came back today!!!!] Is that your wedding dress from your room? It's hard to tell from here, but it kinda looks like it!

Prompto, you've no idea how happy I am to see you. Are you well? [ One down, one more to go. And she didn't even have to ask, he's already confirmed that Noctis is also still here. Poor, sweet Prompto... she can't even imagine the damage control he's had to do. He is going to get the world's biggest hug when they are able to meet up in person. And all of the cheek kisses that the universe has to offer, okay? ] I have not seen Noctis yet. Are you alright, though?

You've no idea how happy that makes me, Sorey. [ Look at how cute he is, oh dear Gods stop being so adorable. She absolutely cannot wait to hug the ever loving crap out of you, good sir. ] It is indeed the very same. My, how observant you are.

_{[He's sitting in the kitchen on the First Breath. He just finished lunch and he's watching Umbra and Pryna scoot their bowls along the floor as they lick them clean. He was playing a nice game of snake when a new broadcast came up and honestly he thought he was dreaming. He must be imagining this voice. This voice that haunted his dreams and his daydreams. His every thought...]}

Luna.... Luna!?.

_{[It's her... it's not a trick. Please don't be a trick of the Atroma. He will cry like a baby. He's already gritting his teeth so he doesn't sob. But his eyes are getting misty.]}

Luna. Where are you? Please. Gods, where are you?

[ She's been mentally preparing for seeing Noctis since she first realized where she was. She hadn't made a broadcast from the Marsiva for a reason -- she didn't want him to get worked up, or anyone else for that matter, when she was unable to get to him or vice versa. There was no point in upsetting him when neither one of them could get to the other, and so she'd abstained from contact.

But that's all changed now that she's free to wander and do as she pleases. She can see the look on his face and her own softens. She offers him a small smile... he's not the same as the last time she'd seen him. That was at home, ten years older, ten years wiser, ten years worn. He still looks so very young, like years haven't passed for him. Well... they likely haven't. ]

Noctis, I am here. I've been assigned to the Twin Roses for the moment. Where are you, love? Are you on the First Breath? [ Because that kitchen background does look familiar... ]

_{[Luna may notice there is a dog in the kitchen with her. It's not one of hers but a fluffy brown poodle instead. She's sniffing around for whoever the big white mass is that's new to the ship. She smells new. She will sit for head pets if Luna likes.

Meanwhile, a man comes in after her. A slight man, young, skinny... he's got black hair but he isn't her man. He's Yuri, the ice skater that came to their wedding. He freezes in the doorway looking at the bride. He knows her...]}

What did you find Makkachin? Huh? Oh--sorry! I... wait. Luna.... Lunafreya? Is it you?

[ Fluffy brown poodles are always acceptable creatures, okay? Dogs are the best. Luna giggles and crouches down to pet her soft head and behind her ears. ]

Hello, you beautiful thing you. [ She's clearly talking to the pup in question, but then she can hear a familiar voice and she looks up. She knows Yuri, she remembers him well. Giving the pup's head one last pet, she stands up to her full height and offers Yuri both a smile and a small bow of greeting. ]

It is I, yes. It's so good to see you again, Yuri. How are you?

I'm fine. But how about you?

[Kaname's smile softens, glad to see her friend.]

It's been a few months since then.

_{[She is stronger than he is. He wouldn't have hesitated but he's so desperate to see her again in any way at all he would call just to hear her voice. Then her voice wouldn't have been enough. Even now he is rushing for the shuttle. Both dogs climb in after him and share a seat. He's got the screen to his face so it won't be evident that there are two dogs with him now.

He has no idea what the future holds or how he will look once they see each other face to face again. He only knows now and he knows her. She's timeless. The shuttle detaches and zips along through the fleet.]}

Twin Roses... I haven't been to that one but stay there. I'm coming now. Are you okay? How long have you been here, you didn't say anything to me. You were on the Marsiva? _{[He knows she's been here for days at least. She had to be. Why did she keep it secret?]

[The ship docks and he hurries out, slowly looking around the ship for his bride. His literal bride. He knows that dress anywhere. Wife or not she looks the part. The dogs lead the way, they can smell Luna and hurry down halls with Noct at their heels. They race up to Luna and both skid to a stop at her feet. Both of them panting at her. MOM UR BACK!

And she looks so angelic. She's so beautiful in that gown, he's taken back to their wedding day, back to that day in Altissia staring at the memorial display. He stands apart from her, just staring in awe as tears make his eyes glisten.]}

Luna...

I'm pleased to hear that, my dear. I am very well, thank you for asking.

[ With no more pressing issues to tend to at home, she's not no worries about the future, no time crunches, there's a certain peace to that that allows her to be able to fully enjoy all of the things the Fleet has to offer, both good and bad. And she is very, very happy to see Kaname's sweet smile again. ]

A few months... time truly does move differently here, doesn't it? It has been ten years for me.

[ After their first twelve year stint apart, and then another ten years separated by time, death, and a crystal... she's learned that patience is a virtue. And the dead have all the time in the world to wait, which is why she was able to keep herself from grabbing her communicator and announcing her presence. ]

I am very well, but should I not be asking you that question, dear? I was indeed on the Marsiva for nearly twenty four hours, yes. I did not want to make you upset with a mere call. I wanted to wait until I could see you in person... ah, yes, I'll be here. This is my first time upon this vessel as well.

[ She hopes he isn't mad at her for staying quiet, but honestly she knows how he is and she didn't want the poor man to be like a rabid dog waiting for her to get shuffled onto a ship. He would have been worried and concerned and upset and she didn't want that for him... she wanted to be able to have a proper re-reunion, one that didn't keep them totally separated like they would have been on the Marsiva.

The first thing she can hear is the clicking of nails, and she knows Noctis must be here because Umbra is now here. What she's not expecting is Pryna, and she's absolutely shocked. Immediately she is crouched down and her arms are around them both. Both of her babies... she buries her face into their soft fur and pets them gently. Umbra and Pryna... she hasn't seen you two in ages. Well, she sees Pryna in the beyond but Pryna is no longer bound to a physical form and she does travel around...

But Noctis is here now. She kisses each dog on the cheek and straightens up again, looking at her dearly beloved. He's so young... she can only keep herself from going to him for so long, though. She offers him a deep bow, not just as a wife to her husband but as an Oracle to her King. ]

My sweet King... forgive my absence.

[ Once she's straightened, that's it. She darts over to him and throws her arms around him in a tight embrace, her smile widening and her eyes closing. He's so young, but he's still hers. From what Kaname said, it's only been a few months... and yet for Luna, it has been ten years since the last she saw Noctis so youthful. She draws back a short distance so she can properly see his face, and she places her hands on his cheeks, before she leans up to kiss him. ]

Oh you don't have to bow-- oh geez that's... well hello again. I-I'm great. Just trying to survive here. Ah, Victor and I got our ice rink finished finally. It's great, you should come... are you... are you here on this ship now? Does Noctis know you're back? He'll be so relieved.

I am pleased to hear that you are doing well and that the two of you finished your ice rink. Once I have settled in again, I would love to go and see it. I am on this ship for now, yes, although within the next few days I do plan on making an attempt to transfer back over to the First Breath. He knows I am back now, yes. My poor, sweet husband. It will be nice to be reunited once more.

_{[He doesn't know how patient the dead can be. He had no patience when she died. He wanted everything out of his way, he wanted to kill everything, he wanted his enemies to suffer, he wanted... he just wanted her back. To not be the failure that let her die. The one thing he wanted to do was save her and he failed so spectacularly...

So she wanted to say nothing because he'd be too upset trying to get to her. Hey. He isn't a rabid dog. He... okay he may or may not resemble that remark but be nice to him. He's ur hubby. He's been through a lot without you. They were on peaceful planets and it was the worst thing ever. Without her it felt hollow.

On the Twin Roses he sees her face when both the dogs are with her. They are together now. A happy family. Mom, Dad, and the kids. He gives her a moment to see Pryna, to offer them hugs and then there's nothing between them. He's already stepping over to her. Closing this gap that feels like miles.]}

No, you don't bow to me. You bow to no one.

_{[King and Oracle or not, he ought to be bowing to her if anything but he wants to leave that at home. Here they can just be themselves. He pulls her in close as she's throwing her arms around him. He hugs her to his chest, he can't believe it. She's really here. She fits in his arms so perfectly like they were made to fit together. He is crying in full now. He can't help it, he lets one sob out and the tears are flowing down his cheeks. He smiles at her. He holds her face in his hands as she kisses him and then he can kiss all over her cheeks, her eyes, her forehead.]}

I thought I'd never see you again.
