He doesn't mention the fact that he can bend more than that, that he's actually the only one in his world who can and it's a big deal, since he's found that the word 'Avatar' is largely meaningless to people outside of his world and it's easier to just break that stuff up piecemeal.

He brings his hands together, and with his hands the water comes together too in a murky blob, which he guides into a waterskin at his hip. It swells with all the extra sugary stuff he's taken, but he caps it with a cork and it doesn't spill.
