_{[ When the video starts, it shows a very confused looking teenager. His hair is long and shaggy, desperately in need of taming, and there might even been a smudge of dirt across his nose, blending with his freckles. But those eyes - maybe those eyes are familiar. Bright, bright blue.

As it is, the boy is frowning some, chewing for a second on the corner of his lip before seeming to remind himself to look tough. ]}

So, you know, this seems a little extreme. I didn't think you could ship kids off world for taking a joy ride.

_{[ He glowers in the patented petulant manner of all teens, awaiting his answer. ]}

What kind of transport ship is this anyways? I thought the government could afford better than a tin can.

_{[ He has figured out he can leave his room. Which... looks like it was meant for someone else, if he was honest. He had poked around, but none of the items looked familiar or made much sense, even if they were interesting.

So the Tourist would have a small blonde child wandering the halls, poking his head into rooms, and spending most of his time in the kitchen, or with the slugs - sometimes both. He didn't know why slugs would be on a ship, but they were cute, so why not hang with them? ]}

[ action - iskaulit ]
_{[ Now, of course any enterprising young man would be able to find the shuttles and find a way over to the Iskaulit. Which is a far better adventure than his boring old ship he was placed on. He'll be poking around all the different rooms, especially having his fun with the obstacle course even if it was definitely not made for someone his side.

Is that his head poking into your space? Oops, hello, he's not sorry. But you might get a wave. ]}

[This is probably not a convincing bluff from a man who is laying on a couch with a real, print-and-paper book flat on his chest, but he's aiming more for 'deadpan asshole' than 'actually terrify a kid into thinking they're incarcerated.']

[ Sara's working the bar and sees him poke his head in. It's slow for the time being so she decides to chat ]

Hey, kid, you seem a little young to be hanging out in here.

_{[ His uncle is more of an asshole, so bring it, Eugene.

He gives Eugene a once over, seeming to think something over. ]}

You look more like a kidnapper than a prisoner.

_{[ Even at this age, Kirk can tell Sara is pretty. His mind isn't quite focused on that sort of thing, but he is focused on his little teenage ego. So he puffs his chest some and meets her gaze. ]}

You gonna tell on me?

[He hasn't had the chance to see the post yet but he has had the chance to smell that the scent of Kirk is here at his salon. Here and...not smelling right. Turning to look at him, he sees a little boy waving at him and lifts a brow at him while looking thoroughly amused.]

Well I was hardly expecting an appointment with so important a client but I suppose I can clear my schedule.

[He winks at him and waves him inside.]

How lucky I have what I need to make hot chocolate here.

Just don't drink any alcohol and I won't snitch.

[It was hardly unusual for Remy to be on the Tourist, not with Kirk and Chekov on board, nor was it unusual for him to head to Jim's room first if Remy hadn't spotted him between docking on the ship or making his way through the halls. He does at least knock against the door though instead of just barging in.] Ya decent? [Calling out to even check if he is in there.]

Stuff smells gross anyways.

_{[ He walked closer, debating his choices. ]}

Do you have apple juice?

_{[ Huh. Well, this guy didn't look scary. He looked... expensive. Expensive people and all this fancy stuff like bars and gyms definitely didn't say prison ship.

He gives Biffy an odd look at the important client bit, but he does edge in anyways. ]}

You can really make hot cocoa?

_{[ Little Jim looked up from the pad he had been playing with, not really understanding everything that was there. Complicated math, notes about... weird planets. It sounded like a crazy persona's ramblings. He looked around and sweat prickled his neck, because even though this room had his name on it, it... didn't seem like it was his either. ]}

Uh... yeah? What do you want?

_{[ Jim's voice, but younger, much less sure. ]}

I'll see what I can scrounge up.

[ she winks and goes to find him apple juice or something like it ]

So, what's your name, munchkin?

_{[ He took a seat, having to climb into the tall bar stool. He leaned against the bar, folding his arms against it. ]}

Name's Jim Kirk. Who're you?

Uh. Sara. My name is Sara.

_{[ He titled his head at her, raising his eyebrows in an 'okay lady' kind of way. ]}

Cool. Nice to meet you, Sara.

So... apple juice?

Yeah, here.

[ she gives him the juice ]

_{[ He takes it and sips, watching her a bit more warily now. ]}

Thirteen. You?

[Thank goodness for a machine he picked up to help him with that too. Then all he needs is chocolate and milk and he can easily create the drink when he wishes.]

If you will have a seat, I will go fetch it.

[He gives him a wink then steps to the back of the room where he pulls out the things that he needs.]

And what is your name?

[Kurt can be found sitting cross-legged on one of the benches in the art therapy room. He's chosen a time when no one else is there, most likely because he's dimmed the lights to a degree that someone with average human eyesight would find it difficult to see what they were drawing. Kurt seems to have no such difficulty, glancing between the paper and the lit communicator he's holding in his tail.

Apparently he's having some kind of difficulty, as he keeps scowling thunderously at the page, often reaching for an eraser laid next to his knee. When he hears footsteps, the man doesn't bother to look up from his project before saying,] Touch that light without warning me und you'll be wearing one of these canvases.

[That... is... not the voice he was expecting. Seriously, Kirk, why you got a kid in there?] Ah, hey garçon, ya not quite who I was lookin' for, [And still speaking through the door.] Was lookin' for Jim.

_{[ He frowned, keeping on the bed and away from the door. He didn't want to say he was scared, per say, but he was wary. ]}

I am Jim. Who are you?

_{[ Stranger danger, but also hot cocoa. So far no one on this ship had tried to hurt him, and it definitely didn't feel or sound like a prison ship or pirate ship. He still wasn't sure what he was doing here, but it didn't seem so bad compared to home.

Did this guy have something in his eye?

He moved further in and went to take a seat as directed all the same. ]}

Jim Kirk. You, mister?

_{[ Something about this guy made him want to be a bit more polite. Mostly because he didn't seem like a jerk. ]}

That how long you been here? Wherever... here is?

No, it's been like 2 months.

_{[ Even though the lights were dim, thanks to the glow of the comm, it was easy enough to see the main shape of Kurt. Seeing someone blue with a tail wasn't all that odd. Sure, you didn't get that many aliens out in his backwater farming town, but they learned about them in school, and they were on the TV too. But no one quite like this guy.
