Figured I'd be getting the call when I saw the place. So, what're you thinking of? You got a theme?

Given the setting I was thinking that a winter theme would be most fitting.

[He sends Biffy directions to a nice, cozy teahouse. He's already there when his friend arrives, looking over the menu. There are bags under the table, someone has been shopping.]

[Biffy needed to change. Hence why he was on the ship. But it really doesn't take him long to finish up and he arrives fashionably late. Basically he sees him in fifteen rather than ten.

Coming over, he gives him a warm smile as he comes to sit down.]

I am allowing everyone to have a plus one. A dear friend of mine will naturally want to bring his significant other. Since he is bringing the good chap, that means that he cannot also bring along his good sister as well who has recently arrived. She is quite a lovely creature and I believe you would take splendid care of her. Might I convince you to take her as your plus one to my wedding? Her name is Veronica.

Oh, yes, Veronica! I met the young lady on the Marsiva when I first arrived. Such a delight. Consider it done! I will extend an invitation at the earliest opportunity.

[Fifteen isn't that bad, everyone has a few minutes of delay every now and then. Considering how much Biffy takes care of his looks before going out, five minutes on an improvised meeting is actually nothing. Shiro is impressed, really.

He nods as a greeting and returns the smile, eager to get the wedding plans going.]

I was thinking of going for the cheesecake and this tea here. [He points at a blend that sparkles.] I'm not sure how to pronounce it and I don't want to butcher it.

Oh. That isn't one I recognize. Though they both sound quite delicious. I was terribly fond of sweets when I was still human.

[Taking a menu, he goes to look and see what is available. It's quite an impressive tea collection. He's pleased to see that.]

I do confess I still take my tea quite sweet now that I am a werewolf though. I suppose some preferences simply do not change.

Mmhmm, mmhmm... Okay, yeah, that's doable. Might need to call in a second to do prep, but doable.

You thinking a plated dinner or a buffet style? And I know you said "raw meat" for the grooms, but any requests for kind of meat?

A plated dinner would be lovely. I think that is always far nicer than having food sitting out with no way to tell if it will all be eaten or not. I would hate to have any of your food go to waste.

As for Lyall and myself, he has a fondness for fish while I am quite partial to red meat. Particularly liver actually.

Tell me, purely for planning, have you decided colors for your wedding? I would like to make sure I am appropriately dressed.

[Read: he wants to plan his outfit (which he will probably get special just for the wedding) and he doesn't want to pick a color that will match their scheme, but also not clash]
