Closed - Sparring Session
Who: Ulaz and Krolia
Broadcast: none
Action: Iskaulit's Obstacle Course
When: Sometime the remaining part of December
[Given the lack of space on the ships and the general "need" of members of the Blade of Marmora to train in order to keep their skills up, the question had been broached by Krolia to Ulaz - how was he doing such training.
So Ulaz had decided to show her this morning. Early, as that was the time Ulaz chose to train in order to have accomplished it before other things came their way, he had arranged to meet her at the obstacle course. As strange as that might seem, he'd found it to be suitable layout for "unconventional" training... which was mainly what the Blades did, especially ones like Ulaz where he used all surfaces for fighting when able.
So he stood waiting by the entrance, having worn his armor today because it was more appropriate for meeting with and possibly sparring with another Blade. Humans he wasn't as concerned about; Krolia knew how to do damage.
It wasn't long before he spotted her]

Morning, Krolia.

[ She was increasingly grateful that the Iskaulit had high ceilings. Every day was a challenge on her own ship to try and keep her body from seizing up or her muscles to stop aching. Krolia would never complain to her own crew, but it must be obvious to the other Blades that she was struggling with the low ceilings.
She was dressed similar to Kolivan-- her old armor long gone from years spent among the Empire. Though her armor from the Empire was sturdy, she felt more comfortable being a recognizable Blade once more. ]
Thank you for inviting me.

[The ceiling situation really was a problem on the ships. Ulaz was grateful to be on a ship with higher ceilings, knowing that some of them were quite low. Having space to be away from it would be beneficial.
He leads the way into the obstacle course. It was certainly unconventional, but the Blades were by no means conventional]
It's not a normal training space, but with different obstacles, it works for a challenge and gives more options than the gym.

[ She offers him a smile, amused that anyone would have assumed the Blades of Marmora had normal training. Knowledge or Death was their mantra after all. She stretches her arms above her head, before placing her hands on her hips. ]
Shall we begin?

[He ignored it, but just stating the fact that some thought it odd he trained like he did here. Still it allowed him to use the walls to propel, which was something he rather enjoyed doing]
Of course. Keith returned your Blade to you?
[Assuming that he would have, but checking just to make sure]
