Yeah it would.

[He'd settle for Cup Noodles at this point. Well, "settle" wasn't the word for it. He didn't love them as much as Gladio, but they were tasty and convenient.]

Archery, huh? If you want some company for that, I'm not too shabby with a gun.

[In response, he unholsters his sidearm (safety still on) and twirls it a few times. Look, you pick up a few things when you spend time with fancy guns at home.]

All I've got is the ship standard issue ones, but I'm better with guns myself. Part of the reason I want to practice archery, though. I'm not sure how much we can count on these things in a fight.

I'm not a big fan of the laser pointers. I've picked up a couple from other planets, though.

[He draws his revolver, the one from home that somehow turned up on one of the previous worlds. He also gives it a little twirl before holding it so it can be shown off seen.]

[The phrase makes him grin.] We had a couple laser pointers back home I really miss, but we mostly used kinetic weapons.

[Ooo, now this he's interested in. His eyes light up (more than usual) as he inspects it carefully, nodding and grinning when he's done.]

Yep. If I had my doubts about being from different worlds before, that would do it. Not one of the weaponsmiths from back home, and not Golden Age. Does it work pretty well for you?

I prefer bullets. I dunno, feels more real to me.

[Drawback: he has to resupply the bullets. Prompto reholsters the revolver with a grin.]

It gets the job done. I don't wanna brag, but I'm almost pretty good.

See, now what we really need is a way to practice without worrying about blowing a hole in the ship's hull. That would be worthwhile.

Have you met Aaron? He was looking into a gun range a while back. I'm not sure how far he got with it, though.

Good man. Haven't seen him since we got back from the big ship, but he knows his way around a weapon. If he wants to set up a practice range, I'd give him a hand.

In the meantime, lemme know if you want to take down some snacks when there's a planet for it. Good noodles shouldn't be wasted on bad meat.
