[It had seemed to Furiosa like no time had passed at all; she'd been on the Starstruck, and then she'd been at home very briefly, and then ... she was back on the Marsiva. From there, she'd been shuffled onto the Vanquish, and had decided to quietly explore and reacquaint herself with the fleet before making a public introduction.]

[Now it is that time. The video is her quarters on her new ship. She's in her welcome outfit, having lost the wardrobe she'd built up for herself in her previous time here. As well, she'd need a new prosthetic; her left arm ends just shy of the elbow.]

It seems to me like a lot more time has passed for me than what it feels like. Anyone want to give me an update?

Action

[She hadn't been too familiar with the Vanquish before, so she takes her time to wander the ship and meet her new shipmates; see if there are any familiar faces.

She does make some time to go visit the gardens on the Iskaulit, walking about to see what changes have been made since the last time she was here - which didn't feel all that long ago. It was a surreal and odd feeling.

Feel free to interrupt her during this introspective walkabout.]

[Furiosa was in Kenn-Tellnic finishing up a job, and decided to do a bit of exploring afterwards before picking up another. The city was certainly something to behold; nothing like anything she'd seen in her previous time with the Fleet, and certainly nothing that had existed in her own run-down ruined world.

Passing by a small bar, she catches the sight of some of the patrons through a window and sees a familiar face. Unsurprised to find him here, Furiosa wanders in and pulls up a seat next to Tyrion.]

[Hux remembers the face and is surprised to see a familiar face returning. He allowed for a small smile to show. She had been one the first people to reach out to him. He would return the favor now.]

It is a pleasure to see that you have returned, Furiosa.

[She regards the face in the video for a moment; someone she felt she had just met, and gives him a small nod.]

Hux, was it? Still settling in?

[She's not sure just how much time has passed ...]

[Natasha recognizes that face, though she doesn't know much about the woman who wears it other than that she was from the same world as Max.

But, if she's here Natasha might as well be the captain.]

Hey. [When Furiosa wanders into the kitchen.] Coffee?

I'd love some.

[She wanders in and takes a seat, watching Natasha. Someone she'd known vaguely, a friend of Max's?] I've seen you around, when I was here before.

Coffee it is. [Pulling a second cup out of the cupboard, Natasha nods.] I've been on Vanquish for a long time at this point.

[Tyrion had just finished winning himself of a glass of the local wine through pure intelligence and wit. In other words, he was telling stories and getting free liquor for it.

He turned at the familiar voice, his mis-matched eyes widening.] ...Furiosa?

Have you been here since the beginning?

[She slides into a seat and takes a brief look around the kitchen to orient herself for the future. She could transfer back to the First Breath, but they've managed well without her; maybe here is where she's needed.] Always been on this ship?

[Furiosa smiles, somewhat bittersweet, considering what she remembered of their last conversation before she left - how upset he'd been at always loosing people, and how in the end there wasn't a damn thing she could do in the matter.]

In the flesh.

[She won't apologize, since it was entirely out of her control, but she does lean forward and touch her forehead to his, reaching up to place a hand at the nape of his neck in greeting.]

Yes, for the most part. There are still a few things I need to deal with, but they aren't a priority. How have things been for you?

Not much to report. I was here, then I was home, and now I'm back. From my perspective, no time has passed at all.

[But she frowns slightly, tilting her head at his image on the feed.] How long has it been?

That is relatively good news to hear. I've heard various reports at how no time has passed since they last were home. Hearing another confirmation is supportive.

Unfortunately, I do not know how long it has been. The way time is recorded hear is different then what I'm used to.

At least it's consistent. And, I am glad I don't have to worry about being here while everyone tries to exist back home.

Hmm. Much easier when you've got a sun to tell you the turn of days at home. I don't know how I'd manage without the automated systems here.

Since I came to Drift Fleet, yeah. That's... a little less than three years ago now. Something like that.

[Natasha knows exactly how long it's been, but she likes keeping it vague.]

It's not a bad ship.

Yes, that had been my main concern as well.

The records I have kept were done in the system I was familiar with. I'm not sure how accurate that is to the Fleets. I really should look into translating the times.

_{[ His eyes go a little wide when he sees her and for a minute he can't believe it, or that she actually seems to remember them. ]}

_{[ He's withholding any celebration until he susses out exactly what she remembers. No sense in disquieting Furiosa if he doesn't have to. ]}

[Tyrion's fingers curl around the back of her shaved skull, and he sucks in a sharp, almost painful breath.]

... you do realize I want to call you all kinds of insulting names and then hug you, or perhaps do them both at the same time?

[Oh, hey! A former crew member and the first person to buy one of his photos. Never going to forget that.]

It'd be something to do. I remember there being long stretches of inactivity here between stops, is that still the case?

Maybe I'll stick around. I was here for about that long before, spent most of it on the First Breath.

You're the Captain, right? Anything I should know about life on board the Vanquish?

I'd certainly imagined something similar.

[He may feel part of the raised skin of her brand, but she doesn't shy away.]

They didn't give me a choice in the matter. I was here, then I wasn't.

[A small, slight smile, which he wouldn't have gotten if she didn't remember anything.] Kirk, hi. It's good to see you.

[She'll have to buy another as she's not sure where her things have all landed.]

Prompto, hey. How have things been?

_{[ Oh thank god, she did remember him. His own smile breaks wide across
his face. ]}

You're a sight for sore eyes.

Really? Because I'm usually the making sore eyes. [~~Sorry Ace/~~]

How've you been? What's going on?

I am. It's a recent development. [She shrugs. It's been a while since anyone on this ship took being captain all that seriously, but since the role fell to Natasha she's been making an effort.] Watch out for the cats? Otherwise, I think we're a pretty capable ship.
