#004 [Accidental Video]

[it appears that the atroma is tired of one of its star ratings-grabbers not doing a damn thing. for the entire duration of april, hiro was fixing ships and running jobs for parts. for the month of may, he's been using those parts. he's currently working with black paint of some sort, with music playing from seemingly nowhere (looks like the sound system he kept talking about got completed).

[if you haven't sought him out, and you're not regularly training him, hiro's been completely radio silent while he's been working. in fact, he hasn't even answered text messages in a couple days.

[when he finishes coating the surface he's working on in the paint, he lowers the mask he's wearing and sighs, wiping (and smearing paint on) his forehead. he looks like a mess.

[but hey, at least he's alive!]

Mm! That's what I heard! I haven't seen it yet.

[He gives a laugh]

Alright! [Calling off screen] Timcanpy! Over here! [He holds up his arm, and there's a fluttering sound before Timcanpy flies into view and lands on his arm, not noticing the screen quite yet. Right now, his body looks to be the size of a softball]

--whoa! That's him?!

[look how impressed he is he's amazed]

[Allen is completely grinning as he nudges Tim to look at the screen]

Tim, I want you to meet a friend of mine.

[Tim turns to look at the screen-!]

[And then completely freezes when he sees the boy on the screen, with his wings shooting straight up in surprise. And he seems to do that for a good couple seconds]

[When those seconds past, he almost seems to wibble as he suddenly flies straight at Hiro- except he forgets Hiro is just on a screen, so he just flies straight into the screen and bounces off it]

[And considering Allen's surprise, he was not expecting this reaction]

Ah- Timcanpy!? What's gotten into you!?

Whoa! What was that?

[HE LOOKS SURPRISED]

Is he okay?!

I don't know! He usually doesn't act this way with new people!

[Effing weird man. He bends over to scoop Tim up, who seems a bit dazed and CONFUSED!!]

I think he'll be alright...he's just a little dazed. I don't think he realised you were on a screen.

[he looks so concerned]

Maybe I should come meet him in person sometime. He can come with us when I make you go to the laser show with me.

[He gently poking at Tim to get him out of his dazed stupor. Too bad you can't talk Tim, because that was so weird of you. But Tim seems to snap out of it, and seem well...embarrassed of himself as he climbs back to Allen's shoulder and half hides himself into Allen's hair, while half watching the screen intently (or at least that seems to be doing)]

I'm...sure he'd like that! [giving Tim a slight concerned look]

- Wait, you're making me go to the laser show?

[how strange, tim...]

Uhh, yeah? You haven't been. You're going.

[...He sighs, but at least it looks like he's smiling]

Well, I suppose I do have time to kill until my crew gets back from the planet.

And I have been told to take a break. So, I guess we're on.

Go get cleaned up and we'll go to the laser show.

Alright, you got it. You need me to pick you up?

[a pause; then a bit awkwardly because wow being picked up by a 14 year old]

...Yes please. My crew has the shuttles.

[CAN NOT- Yeah okay he probably can. Cars are much easier god]

[give him like an hour to get cleaned up and get over there, but he's gonna shoot allen a text once he gets docked on the ship.]

[And soon enough, he'll becoming to the docking bay, Timcanpy riding on his shoulder and knocking on the shuttle door to open up]

[hiro opens the door for him, lounging back in the pilot's chair.]

Hey, stranger. Need a ride?

[save_the_souls]

...Ah, but we know each other?

[yeah, suave line is a failure. But! He'll come in and sit in the passenger chair. Timcanpy is flapping his wings up and down like a crazy golem. Allen will gesture at him.]

This is Timcanpy, er, in person.

[Hiro perks up, waving again.]

Hey, Timcanpy. Feeling alright after that bump to the head?

[save_the_souls]

[Tim seems to flap his wings even more before he flies over to Hiro (this time with at a slower pace, out of fear there's another screen) and....bops him on the foreahead with his face- affectionally so!]

[Which weirds Allen out a little because Tim doesn't really do that normally...]

Er...he should be...

[lookit this kid beaming]

[nudging him back with his forehead omg]

No, hardly ever with new people. I mean he's always friendly, but...

[Yeah, Allen's a little stumped about this one. Tim meanwhile seems to pull back a little, and look at Hiro for a moment. Then, he seems to calm down a little and tries to climb up his hair to sit on Hiro's head.]

[Oh well. There's no point dwelling on something that doesn't make sense. It's not a bad thing anyway that Tim seems fond of Hiro]

I guess you really are a natural with creations like Tim.
