Hey! Soooooo since we're all stuck here, and going outside on this planet kinda sucks bigtime right now, I've been making it a project of mine to try and learn as much as I can about the different cultures of the other worlds people here are from! Particularly Earth, because there's so many of you! Someone told me the collective noun is "Earthlings"? Anyway.

I've been trawling through the media library, but to be honest, I'm not very good at sitting and reading for long periods of time. So I figured, why not just ask you guys instead?

Tell me one (or more!) thing about your home world that you think is culturally significant. It can be traditional, religious, social, or pop culture is fair game too! After all, it's no fun when people are making pop culture references that fly over my head.

The only rule is that you can't say the same thing as someone else. You ready? Go!

[Peggy's been making Ahsoka keep paper files, so for once in her life she actually has paper on her person. She glances away from the camera for a few minutes, concentrating, her tongue sticking out one side as she draws.]

There! It looks like this. [She was aiming for this but what she ends up with holding up to the screen to show Allen is actually ... this.] Look familiar?

I don't know. What's rock 'n' roll?

[He stares at the picture. What is that even]

Um....No. I don't think we have those. But it somewhat looks like if you mix a stegosaurus with an ostrich?

It's a type of music! Timcanpy has some in his recording if you want to hear it.

Oh! You mean rock music. Yeah, we have that.

Man, it's been ages since I listened to music. I want to hear some Earth Rock!

[Oh well. He's not good at this clearly. But hey at least he can show her something]

Okay, hold on- [Calling out to something off screen] Tim!

[A moment later, his gold golem comes fluttering onto the screen and lands on his arm. Allen pats him on the head and asks him in low tones to play a recording. Timcanpy seems to nod and then looks at the screen.]

[Timcanpy opens his mouth, and a recording of this ACDC song starts to play]

Oh! That was cool! I can picture driving my bike to that one. Cruising down the highway, being a badass.

Mm! Exactly! ACDC is really good at making someone feel like a badarse when they listen!

Makes me wonder if the Atroma would actually let us take anything from here back home...

Probably not. It'd be cool to have a one-of-a-kind album from another world, though.
