[hiro has claimed a corner spot in the engineering lab. many things from his shop on the bishop are here, but he hasn't abandoned his home shop at all. currently, he's spinning in the chair he's got. then he sets the camera down on the desk, facing him.]

Heeey, all you engineer-types, and not just the ones with the augment! Have I got a proposition for you. I've got a little project I'm working on--a repair project. It's a little outside my current scope, plus I don't think it's safe to be working on it alone. It's a... very advanced prosthetic. [he figures those who know about the attack two months ago will pick up on this.]

Anyway, I need some help. And I guess, if anybody wants to learn a thing or two about robotics from the professionals, you can come watch when we get together.

I'm not arguing that. But I feel people also have a right to choose if they want to work on a potential weapon. Winter's a victim, but that doesn't mean he's not dangerous.

I'm gonna ask if he wants me to power it down. He can do some tests to measure what his physical limits are and I can match those instead of whatever crazy overpowered crap he had before. He's a huge guy, and he's pretty friggin' strong anyway, but... it wouldn't be so ridiculous.

Power down his arm? That's not a bad place to start! Though...I wouldn't be surprised if he has super strength even without the arm, considering how much HYDRA experimented on him...
