[After exorcising Anders? Allen is definitely hungry, so of course he made a b-line for the kitchen. Which man, he sure is happily surprised to see this sight as he walks in. Lots of food and his boyfriend? That's a sight Allen always loves to see]

Ah, what's all this?

[Aha! That's definitely the main person he was waiting for to see all this. Clay gives a big smile in greeting, his arm moving to gesture to all the food.]

Remember all that pumpkin you let me have? Well, it paid off!

Really? [He looks across the field of pies, awed] Wow, I didn't think it'd be this much! That's incredible!

[geonomy]

Those were pretty big pumpkins, after all. [Way bigger than the ones at home, even those pictures that pop up of huge pumpkins.] I wasn't sure if I'd ever run out of pie to make!

[He raises an eyebrow with a knowing smile] It's a good thing I know a couple of big eaters around here. I think they'd all go bad if I didn't!

[He laughs]

Oh don't worry, they won't! [He heads to sit at the table] I just finished an exorcism, so I'm famished. Pass me a pie and fork, please!

[He raises his eyebrows at that] Did you?

[But, with Allen's request, Clay passes over a pie - a whole one, no slices for him, and scoots the bowl of roasted seeds closer to him. Really, if they had cider, this would be perfect, but the fleet's usual drinks will have to do.]

So who, or what, did you exorcise?

[He'll take the pie with a thanks, sitting down fully and taking a large forkful of pie first before speaking (making a happy "mm!" sound along with it]

A man named Anders? He had let a spirit use him as a host after it accidentally got ejected from...er, well their version of a spirit realm. But he wasn't a suitable host and all his negative feelings were corrupting the spirit - so I used my powers to separate them before both of them became too corrupted.

[geonomy]

[By the lack of recognition on his face, it's clear Clay doesn't know this Anders guy. Still, he sits by Allen as he listens, a little frown on his face as he takes all that in.]

So what about the spirit now?

I purified it and sent it back to where it came from. Hopefully by now, it's back in its home.

[Sure, there as no way for Allen to be 100% certain. He was still alive, he doesn't know what happens after a soul or spirit departs this realm. But everything worked as it should've, so there was no reason to believe that it didn't find the Fade again. ]

[geonomy]

[He nods, making a little noise of agreement. It'd kind of suck if the spirit was just doomed or whatever. He kind of gets it, in a way; spirits were sort of a thing back at home too, if the media surrounding some of the court cases were anything to go by.]

And the guy? Anders?

He'll be fine. I'm sure he'll have to adjust to not being a host again, but with my part everything went as well as it could've.

[geonomy]

[At that, Clay lets out a little sigh of relief, then gives a big smile.] So he'll be fine and you'll be fine, too.

[You know, considering what all happened the last time Allen did an exorcism. At least Allen's not in a coma or has burned legs or anything! He reaches over, letting his hand rest on top of Allen's wrist.]

That's great to hear! You did a really good thing for him, Starlight. For both of them, actually!

Yeah, don't worry. No coma or injuries this time.

[Famished, but luckily he hadn't activated his innocence long enough to feel the need to pass out this time. With his free hand, he'll take another bite of pie. Delicious *^* ]
