[It's another night and the party continues in one of the city's parks not all that far from where ships and/or shuttles are parked. There's music and laughter and all that good stuff, contrasting pretty heavily with the soot-stained atmosphere.

Michael is there enjoying the joyful company of the fascinatingly friendly locals, who he's more than happy to let shower him free food and drinks and, best of all, company. Not that he has anything against his crew, but they're kind of a serious bunch.

Speaking of which, those on the Pathstone might be treated to a slightly blurry image of the angel, his arms over the shoulders of two reasonably attractive native ladies as he dances in step with them. There's a decent crowd around them, clapping and smiling smiles that cracks their facepaint. Clearly he must have put his communicator down and something and one of the locals turned it on, but Michael doesn't look like he's going to notice any time soon.

Of course, anyone is welcome to stumble onto this.]

[It's an angel thing, what can he say?]

They love a man who can let loose. C'mon.

[There's more than enough to go around, anyway. He gestures for Vash to join them. More the merrier and all that]

[Vash grins wildly and thankfully drunk or not he's happy to join right in. He's not afraid to embarrass himself. While he doesn't have the best dance moves, but he makes up for it with lots of spirit!]

[There's little else he appreciates more than genuine enthusiasm. It was wonderful to be alive. To feel the ground under his feet and the food in his stomach and the rhythm all around him.

The group seems to shift around Vash, forming a ring around him, the townsfolk clapping and laughing.]

[Vash picks up that they're starting to circle. Habits that's too hard to forget. To always have a way out in a crowd in case one turned out to be a bounty hunter. Even though he highly doubts this crowd is about to attack him in any way except with dance.

None of this shows on his outward appearance. He's happy and laughing the whole time. He dances wildly enjoying every moment. If he knew what Michael was thinking he would agree completely. It was so great to be alive!]

[Michael probably wouldn't have minded if this turned into some kind of showdown. It's the other thing that he enjoys so much. But there's really no danger of that with these people, and the combination of music and cheap alcohol makes it hard to really want to do anything else. Except nap maybe, but that would be later. For now it's life and energy.]

[No, no fighting for Vash. He'd rather live a life of nothing but peace. And dancing! He grins and winks back at Micheal.]

Thanks! You're not too bad yourself! [Feeling the energy of the crowd and just a lot drunk Vash moves to dance a bit closer to Micheal. Maybe the girls will like him more if he can dance circles around the angel.]

[Michael is kind of cheating as far as the ladies go. They're just drawn to him on an almost unconscious level, but fortunately there's enough ladies to go around.]

[If Vash was being honest, he didn't care at all that Micheal was cheating with the girls. He wasn't actually interested very much in romance. Just like to pretend he was. It was fun! Doesn't help that his attempts at flirting are more like silly attempts to push women away.]

Yeah? Well, maybe I could get some lessons from you sometime!

[Whatever his intention, there's a lot of giggling going on around the two of them]

Oh, I can keep up! So long as you don't run out of breath too soon!

Oh, yeah? I have to admit I've never gone up against an angel before!

Ah, I mean... you are an angel right? I mean, with the wings and such.

No, I'm a swan someone changed into a man. [He smirks, though, and paused to spin one of the ladies around him]

Yes, I'm an angel.

Hey! I got sucked into space! You never know! You could have been a swanman! [Vash does a kicking sort of dance, making sure he has enough room to kick his long legs out without hitting anyone by mistake.]

I suppose traveling around the stars in a ship is pretty different from heaven, isn't it?
