[Chris looks torn between at least five different emotions, primarily among them bewilderment and amazement. For those who remember the Marsiva's layout he's currently in the viewing bay, though the camera only captures the boring part of it. Chris has the view. Which might explain why every time he looks beyond the camera he looks like he can't decide if he's more excited or terrified. Either way, there's a definite nervous edge when he does speak.]
S'really cool, this, innit? Pretty weird, mind. Sort of reckon I've gone mental. Probably talking into some stapler now like Tyler does when he has one of his funny turns. That is funny, though, when he does that. [His lips twitch up in amusement for a moment before the grin slips as quickly as it came, eyes widening ] Unless you're listening, boss, then none of us ever thought it was. And I'm not seeing stars. Or space. Or nothing like that. And I haven't touched none of that stuff we confiscated last week neither.
[He reaches automatically into his pocket, then pulls a face as he remembers he already tried that earlier.]
Don't suppose anyone's got a light? Must've dropped mine somewhere.
