Drinking on Deck
Who: Jinx and the Bloodsport! And anyone who cracks her encryption!
Broadcast: Encrypted on the Network.
Action: The Bloodsport
When:Now. Ish. Ly. Kinda.
[Network: Encrypted]
[The screen flashes up, and Jinx - totally out of normal character for her - giggles audibly and beams at the camera. She waves, then she sends the image on the screen flashing through some pictures of paintings because why not art was nice and she was bored.
She makes it into her own kind of slide-show, with primarily Earth impressionists, though also abstract(? What were aliens really like, anyway, maybe this was what they looked like) and often set in a color theme.
She encourages white noise in the background, whirring of engines and air filters amplified just enough to not quite be static.
Drunk Jinx likes art, apparently. To be fair, all varieties of Jinx like art, it's just usually more low-key.]
[Action: Bloodsport]
[Jinx is Drunk. She is is sitting on your bridge, being Drunk, listening to silence, and Drinking More. And looking at art. She's probably even surfing that obnoxious game the demon put up to entertain them just to make more art. Because people were so Conspicuous when they went missing in this place.
It was Obnoxious.
She was calming herself by being Drunk. And looking at art. (With a little 'a'. Clearly not enough blood to be Art.) Perhaps most out of character, however, is the quiet giggling that issues from her periodically.
She seems to be in a good mood. Maybe she'll even share hercheap alcoholic swill booze if you ask nice.]

action;
Oy... Is there joy happening in here?
action;
Snickering lightly at her own childish humor, Jinx spins pack to the consul and puts up a picture that pleases her. It continues along the trend of landscapes that have been her focus for this endeavor.]
action;
[...is his rather dry response to said childish humor. for better or for worse, it doesn't get him to go away, and he wanders right on up to the comms station. he leans in closer to get a look at that picture.]
S'that a painting?
action;
She switches it again, to a Monet. A bridge over a pond. She didn't know much about real art... she just thought it was lovely, and knew it was popular enough to be in things like magazines.]
action;
[as if she'd said anything out loud... still, when the picture changes, his eyes widen with recognition.]
Oh, I know that one! That's from Earth, isn't it?
action;
A bob of her head at him identifying the art, though. She'll switch over to another one she thought was sci-fi, but now that they're in space... you never know.
Paintings. Paintings were cool.]
action;
[his knowledge ends. he's only seen very famous Earth paintings, and that was a brief foray. he points to the picture, genuinely curious.]
You like this kinda stuff?
action;
Her eyes face forward again, and Jinx nods. Yeah. It's cool.
You know. As much as things can be.]
action;
[he nestles down to watch the screen, looking over the brushstrokes himself...]
I mean, maybe if it was like... a physical painting, and it had a frame with really sharp corners or something. Or one of those hard canvas ones, you know. Like with a hundred pounds of oil paint on it.
action;
A shake of her head.
She takes a slug of her cheap booze before changing the picture. She's searching for something, skimming through any images she manages to catch a hold of.
Most of them are that awful photo program Crowley put on the comms at one point.]
