[lo and behold, we have video!
[commander is, for once, not in his gear. though he's in a simple t-shirt, he's holding the camera with his metal arm, making it hard to see it. you might be able to catch a glimpse of shine where his shoulder closest to the camera almost comes into view, but that's it.]
So I've talked to a few of you about doing some physical training and learning how to defend yourself. If you wanna come test it out, head on over to the Golden. I'll meet you in the cargo hold, and we can see what you're made of.

My best friend knows karate, since he was a kid. I wasn't interested... but whenever I was in trouble, he'd come to my rescue! I've learned to fight because of the Phantom Empire... but, [ she pulls on her jacket hem. ] I didn't notice he was really struggling. He got in a lot of trouble and I had to bring him back to his senses. I had to fight him, and I was excited! I'd never fought him before... I asked that he didn't hold back and neither did I.
It made me see him differently, and he saw me. By fighting, hand in hand. [ her energy picks back up. ] I want to keep talking like that! I want us to connect by fighting even more, but I've got to be stronger! So I really want this!
