Guess who hadn't noticed the planet had a hold on him? The plantman!

Guess who just figured out that his fascination with it wasn't just because they finally got to another planet.

Asteffiel's use of video is probably not good for anyone's stomach. He's shaking (like a leaf, hahahaha-), and appears to be hiding under a table, given that it's not night time, and he's glowing. It just has the side effect of making his eyes appear particularly bright off-white, which doesn't help his nervous rambling at the video. Which he managed to turn on after he started talking...

"-t just me, or was it others? I don't want it to be just me, I don't I don't! If something could talk to me, does that mean that other things could talk to me? I was fine against Mor... Mord... More Dead Moths, but is it because I am not home? Am I too far from Mother? Mother I am sorry I made bad friends, I don't want More Dead Moths to get me like Lilac!" Is more or less the gist of his rambling into the device. There are repeats, but it's pretty clear that he's rather terrified of something being able to mess with his head.

So he's hiding in one of the medical bay cabinets.

Wouldn't that be pretty bad if they wanted us to stick around? Not that I want them to keep us here, but I know if they took us back to my home there's no way I'd be leaving for this show again.

I guess if you put it like that, it's better. But I'd rather people didn't have to go through either of those.

... But then we would be... left having to do actual plays? [ 'Reality TV' made sense as 'a play about daily life', which means otherwise they would... have to do like, historical plays or something otherwise, right? ]

... Television... program? We don't have those, so I had been thinking of them like plays. Where you go see people dressed up telling a story?

If we didn't go visit weird places, would we have to dress up and tell stories?

It's not really like that. We can choose to act for the audiences, but none of us really agreed to...of course, it's not such a bad idea to dress up and tell stories if you really do want to entertain our mysterious audiences.

[He grins. Yuya likes being kidnapped about as much as any other member of the Fleet, but he's a performer at heart. Until he finds a way home, he could do worse than tell stories.]

It's more like if you took in somebody who wasn't even at the play and instead making dinner at home, and told them they were part of the show now!

A-anyway, it's not like any of us wanted to be here in the first place, right? So even if they want us to entertain people, we'd have to chose to do it through things like acting or telling stories.

There are other ways to entertain! Although, not everything may come naturally...I guess if you want to do it, you have to figure out what inspires you and find what feels right.

Even if it takes a while, I bet a lot of our activity is boring to watch all the time...though to start with, do you have anything you've already done?

Oh, and you've got those tiny fruit trees, too! They're cute now. I bet they'll be beautiful when they're grown up, especially since there aren't many other trees around here.
