[ACTION AND VIDEO]

[For whatever reason, it's eerily quiet, and the sound of two bare feet hitting the metal floor of the hospitality deck can be heard. (it's really for dramatic effect, who are we kidding) The owner, a small girl of fourteen, stares into space (ha!) as she takes a few slow, deliberate steps. After a moment, she crouches down and places her hand on the floor, pauses, then speaks. Or yells. Whatever.]

Hey!! Someone tell me what's going on! This isn't another weirdo spirit thing is it? I'd hit my quota for the month already!

[She huffs in annoyance, straightening up. Now she's quieter, talking more to herself.] What's with this weird place?

I'm pretty sure chickens ain't the most confusing thing out there in the world, [ he huffs a laugh, and keeps writing. ] all right, better food. What else?

Whatever you say, Jimbo. [It's a thing now.] More solid ground! Metal's fine and all, but I'd really like to see normally.

[ Tony Stark calls him Buckles. Yeah. Jimbo's not going to be a problem. ]

Y'know, with my feet! [She lifts one up for show, the bottom... pretty dirt covered.]

... And you can see the metal on the ship?

[Not rude at all!]

[ You know what he's going to shut up now and accept this insane new way of looking at the world. ]

[ A soft, amused noise. ]

Not much longer. Personally, I felt the reality tv angle was annoying.

Still not really clear on what this tv thing is, even with this whatever in my head.

[ And he thought he was old, well done Toph. ]

Long and short of it is: somebody's watching us and gettin' a good kick out of it.

[Hey, her world isn't there yet.]

Hmph. [She snorts, almost challenging.] Let me talk to them, and they'll get a good kick!

[ An amused noise. Little spitfire. ]

[More like chewrock.]

I don't like the whole patience thing much.

[ A soft heh. ]

Yeah? Got a better plan?

Make them come to us!

[ Genially, ] Let's see how that works out for you, huh?
