[Cass can be found in the kitchen area of the ship, collecting things that might look like they could be used for offerings to the dead. There's a bowl with what is probably the chicken flavored gel, a collection of money she won on the gambling planet, and a very elaborately made dagger from Mor. She's going through everything in the kitchen searching for other acceptable items, but from the frown on her face it doesn't look like she's getting very far.

What kind of things even count in this situation? Is it just the thought, that people are trying to make what they did suck less? She never killed any of the bugs, just disabled them and put them in secure areas of the ships, but she was guilty of seeking out the ones who would be aggressive if you got too close to them.

And she's starting to get frustrated with the lack of good things to give away, now. Why couldn't their ship come with more present-type things?]

[Vash has been quietly thinking at the table. Some untouched gel in front of him as he watches Cass move here and there about the ship looking for offerings. Seems like an odd collection to him at first.]

[Then his mind reminds him of a not very often practiced tradition, at least on his planet, of leaving gifts for those who had passed away. Perhaps it was because there was so little to spare on Gunsmoke that so few now did that, but it was one practice he had always like.
