[For the first week of this, Allen mostly stayed in bed- hoping to sleep off this illness. But that didn't seem to work in the slightest, so finally he dragged himself out of bed to start trying to treat this problem]

[Which...proved freakishly fruitless. And it got even more confusing when it hit him several days later that Crowley, a demon, was experiencing symptoms. Which shouldn't even be possible, really. Not unless...]

[And so, writing several drafts of his entry, he finally throws up a text entry on the network. Partly for easier record keeping, and partly so he wouldn't get interrupted with constant coughing and sniffing]

Hello. This is Allen Walker, now stationed on the SS. Blue Fish.

I know a lot of us have fallen ill in the past few weeks. I've been trying to diagnose what it is, but so far I...I'm afraid I'm still working on a proper diagnosis. But once we have one, it should be easier for us to figure out a way to treat whatever we have. Thank you for your patience. [Yeah, he knows you people are already complaining and throwing threats but whatever]

In turn, in order for me to have better luck figuring out what we have, I'll need as many people as possible to fill out a list of questions I've come up with. If you wish your answers to be confidential, you are welcomed to filter it privately to me.

Also, if anyone would be willing to donate samples of their tissues or their blood for examination, it would be greatly appreciated. So far I've...only been able to test myself, but it'd be much more helpful if I could run tests on other samples. [With the questions answered Vash will be wandering the way station. Keeping an eye open for Allen. At some point when he sits down to eat Vash will enter as if he wasn't looking for Allen, but just something to eat. Although funnily enough there will suddenly be a new piece of paper in his pocket that wasn't there before.

Vash's plan was to anonymously leave the survey in Allen's pocket as he ate. Then he himself would eat something innocently and hopefully not be noticed until as he ate then slide away unnoticed.

Too bad that he's not use to making plans with a cold. So after he had successfully left the note and he only needs to finish his sandwich and leaves he ends up sneezing loudly into his food.]
