[ When the video comes on, it shows a woman of blue skin and unusual garb: She's currently dressed in one of the space suits, tethered safely to the outside of the ship. It is not her first time in strange places, but never has she travelled so deep into the abyss of the sky that the very air is torn from one's lungs.

In her clumsy, gloved hands is a fishing rod. Well, technically a fishing rod. It is a child's plastic toy, bright neon pink with a thick grip, and the bait is nothing more than a chubby, smiling plastic fish. Not to be used under the age of two and beware the risk of swallowing,

Still, Marhi casts it into space with the eyes and the ease of a master fisher. Somehow she's even managed to catch some small, metal space junk and rocks, shoved into the makeshift bag of her coat. ]

But there is more to do. There are a great many people, strangers to me, who might yet be a strength we stand alongside.

I've been meaning to work on a project of sorts, anyway... Something to help people while they're stuck on the Marsiva.

People keep showing up with the same questions. And since they're stuck on the Marsiva for a while, there's no team- I mean, no crewmates to explain things to them, except people just as lost as they are. I was thinking of trying to write a guide- What we know, what we suspect, what's happened to us all so far, and so on.

I know of a problem you must also see - That which translates our speech works poorly on scripts. I, myself, suffer none from this, but most else would be left dumb.

... That's right, you have that weird language superpower. Hey, does that work both ways?

I haven't started yet because I was trying to work around that problem. But if you can speak any language, can you write in any language as well?

Yes. I am blessed by the "weird language superpower", and with that all tongues become my mother tongue.

The augment did introduce a new language that I can read and write, so I was just going to use that, but there might be some interesting ways we can use that power of yours, too.

Well, first let's get this guide done in the Folkspeak thing. Then we can play with the limits of that power. If we could figure out a way to change that around, so you can send messages the Atroma don't get, that would be something huge.
