Hey, so there's a lot of people in the Fleet from a lot of species and I'm wondering: how many have mental powers? Empathy, or telepathy, or suggestion... that kind of thing.

And if you don't, what do you think about it?

Mostly, I know it to be very...dangerous.

Dangerous how?

[I mean yeah, you can use the Force to compel people or sap their will, but she hasn't grasped the idea of mundane techniques doing more than say, a regular Jedi Mind Trick.]

To be honest, I didn't believe it could be done with hypnosis either. [ ... ] What Force is this?

It's the Force, but I'm the only one here from my Galaxy to know what it is... it's an energy field that surrounds and embodies all life.

Many things are possible with it, good and bad. Affecting people's minds is one.

Not always. It depends how you are and why. But it's not something that a person should do lightly.
