We can start small and figure out what you're comfortable with. Sound good?

[She makes a flicking motion with a finger, and one of the smaller parts levitates off the table, floating over to her and slowly rotating in place to let her look at it from all angles.]
I'm Nightingale, by the way.

[ he watches that, expression openly curious and a little wowed. ]
Technology or power?
[ it's neat either way tho... ]

[It takes her a minute to get what he means, since she's so used to everyone knowing about that.]
Hm? Oh- It's magic. Wind, to be precise.
two weeks later ahhh sorry
[ he sounds a little apologetic, but still definitely friendly. ]
Can you do other types?
it's all good!
Well, let's see... Wind is sort of an odd spell out as a utility spell, since I specialize in offensive magic. I have access to three tiers of Fire spells, and Sleep, and a few more I'm trying to keep hidden to use on the Atroma- It's hard to defend if they don't know what's coming, after all. I also have some basic healing magic, though it's not very strong.

[That second part sounds familiar enough to her that she almost laughs, but restrains herself.]
Don't worry, this is nothing. Just don't call my world a fantasy or a game for it and we'll be good.

[ tadashi sounds a little strained, but that's just because it's still incredibly weird for him to think of baymax as anything but a tool that he's incredibly proud of. ]
I'm just that's just as bizarre as magic to some people here.

[She'll catch the 'apparently' part later and be very confused, but for now...]

I never really got a chance to meet him like my brother did. But yeah - that's what I hear.

[ oh, wow, this got awkward fast. ]
I'm just not really... around at home anymore. It's complicated.
[ no it's not. ]

[ he waves one hand dismissively, glancing up. ]
I died before I really got to do much with Baymax. My robot? But Hiro promises me he's really something special.

Oh, shit.
Oh, shit, this got awkward, what the fuck is she supposed to do with this? Okay, obviously she shouldn't go 'shit what the fuck' out loud. That would be dumb. Even she isn't so insensitive as to ask what happened. Or to mention that if she started levelgrinding, she could probably have a spell to resurrect the dead before too long, and her best friend had it already.
It's probably telling that she's more concerned about the social ramifications of this than his... actually being dead. But still, permanent death is something she literally only learned existed a couple months before coming to the Fleet- It's been half a year at most, and it still seems alien to her in many ways. On the other hand...]
... I'm sorry. If it helps at all... I'm in the same position.
