[ The video feed clicks on to show the inside of one of the Paisley's personnel rooms - which has a decent number of photographs posted up on the wall. Residents might even see shots taken of themselves up on the wall, taken from their recent - and extended - stay at the Marsiva.

The shot quickly pans over to Max herself, though. ]

We have survived the journey into our very minds, but at what cost?

[ She was pretty obviously joking, but she drops that tone pretty quickly. ] Okay, that really was pretty messed up. And to anybody who was inside my head, please ignore any and everything you saw.

In better news, our "watchful hosts" are pretty decent at giving gifts. I've got some extra film now, so I figured I'd offer my services if anybody wants, like, a group picture for their ship? On an actual picture that you can hang up or hold onto. I know everything's digital these days, but it might be nice to have something physical to remember each other by.

And speaking of awesome gifts, you should all check out the media file they left. If you haven't found it yet, you can find a folder on the network with everybody's names. They left all sorts of stuff on there.

Mine is the most amazing science-fiction movie of all time. I don't care what people say, it was way ahead of its time. You can check out everybody's files, so you can take a look yourselves if you want. Paisley, we're having a movie night so we can watch it. [ Since she didn't have a chance to force everybody while they were on the Marsiva. ]

It's... different than the games. It has the same tone and themes, though.

Most of the games are pretty different from each other, anyway, so that just makes it sound like a normal Final Fantasy experience.

I could seriously go for some WoW raids to spice up life over here.

You play MMOs?

Yeah. Not, like, religiously, but I've done my share of raids and quests for epic loot. [ Even less before she arrived, since school was eating into her free time. But now that she has all the time in the world, no MMOs. Fun how that works. ]

Oh yeah, I understand completely. I had to be careful not to let it get in the way of school back when I first started.

Hah... yeah, it definitely got in the way of my schooling. I really had to work at finding a good balance for both over the last year or so.

I'm probably the last person to say that school is important, but it kinda is. Not that it matters now, while we're up in space.

As someone who's missed way more school than is probably legal, I'm not going to disagree. It's pretty frustrating, not being able to go anymore.
