Who: Everyone!!!
Broadcast: No
Action: The Iskaulit
When: For the rest of the month
[Now that we've all had time to settle back into our ships, let's see what's going on over on the Iskaulit! For the new folks, there are already a few establishments and projects going on, but there's plenty of room for everyone, either to join in or to build their own thing. So mingle away!]

and what ship has he been avoiding more than the Iskaulit? not one. so today's the day he's chosen to set foot back on the hollowed-out ship and see for himself whether or not the place still feels like it's full of empty ghosts.
he's been pleasantly surprised. the Fleet did a good job. seeing people mulling around and building things makes it feel surprisingly like home, especially when he comes across a space full of carefully-tended plants and sunlamps to keep them alive.
--but then he spots Beverly across the room and suddenly stops in his tracks, looking like he's just now remembered something maybe important.]
Oh.

Robin!
[...this isn't awkward at all is it?]

and sarcasm. oh, the dry sarcasm.] Oh good, you remember.

[She takes a cautious step closer to him.]
And I'm sorry. That wasn't... I didn't know where I was, not really. I thought I was at home.

his gaze is uncertain, but he doesn't go anywhere. she's not a threat, he just wishes this was tinged with some bitterness, confusion, returned sarcasm--anything aside from straight, blameless apology. those aren't easy to process.
...but he winds up shrugging and manages half a smirk.] Yeah, well. It's not the first time I've ever been tossed into a brig, but... thanks.

Well, I admit, you were acting a little suspiciously. But it's not exactly as if you asked to be in my mind, is it? I'm mad at Atroma, not you.
no subject
I'm pretty sure we're all mad at Atroma, more so than we were already.
[here, he'll hold out his hand for a handshake.]
Robin Redbreast, captain of the Bloodsport. I'm kind of fuzzy on exactly how much I was giving names.

Beverly Crusher. I'm one of the medics on the Blue Fish.

[he's been there! ...sure, it was to look through Allen's brain and see if he could evict an evil ghost from his brain, but that still counts!]
no subject
He's the other medic and our first officer! Are you two friends?
no subject
I think so? We haven't bought matching friendship bracelets or anything, but I've helped him out a couple of times, and he's always been pleasant to talk with.

Shit, I am behind, then. Do you think he'd accept an IOU?

[... really, cookies are probably a smart way to get into the good graces of the Blue Fish crew in general.]
