Who: Everyone!!!
Broadcast: No
Action: The Iskaulit
When: For the rest of the month
[Now that we've all had time to settle back into our ships, let's see what's going on over on the Iskaulit! For the new folks, there are already a few establishments and projects going on, but there's plenty of room for everyone, either to join in or to build their own thing. So mingle away!]

[She walks back towards the desert plants, gesturing for Qing to follow.]
Hmm... the one thing is, they can be very picky about when they'll flower. [She stops in front of a small pot with an almost perfectly round little cactus, with deceptively furry looking spines and a single big pink flower.] This species has been pretty generous with us though. What do you think?

My aunt used to raise them, she used to compare them to my father. [Peering at the small thing, his smile softens considerably.] I like it. I don't mind a little trouble, it's just all the more satisfying when you manage to make them bloom, right?

Exactly! And if things are too easy, well that isn't very interesting, is it? I like a challenge!

Ah, certainly! Nothing excessive, of course, but there's little point to something if it's just given to you. [He smiles a little more, leaning down to peer at the cactus again. Maybe there's some part of him that feels like that would be nice if it were true of someone like him... but of course, he'll keep that to himself. He tilts his head, looking back up to Beverly then.] Um... is there a good time I should come by, then?

[She rubs her chin.]
Tomorrow should be all right but it might be a good idea to give me a call before you head over.

[Ah, right. He nods, pulling out his communicator.]
I guess I'll have to get your number now, then. [A small, half-shy laugh leaves his lips at that.]

[He's said that a lot these past few weeks.]
