Who: weiss schnee and ~you~
Broadcast: fleetwide
Action: ss three twins
When: december 2nd
[ hello drift fleet who here is up for a rousing game of GET TO KNOW YOUR FELLOW CAPTIVES i mean who doesn't love a good ice breaker amirite.
luckily (un...luckily...???) for you all, weiss has done her Research and has chosen the best possible ice breaker the multiverses can find! ]
With the crews back in their vessels and all systems supposedly in order, I thought now would be the perfect time to engage in a good old fashioned ice breaker.
We all come from different worlds, after all, with various experiences under our belt, yet we are all together put in this position, for better or for worse.
So why not try and get to know each other better?
Of course, with distance now an inhibiting factor, it makes things a little more difficult...
But worry not! For I've found a game that will work just as fine through text, with some slight modifications.
The rules are simple enough — anyone is free to make an honest declaration at any time. If any of the statements apply to you, you simply respond with a brief explanation of how.
I can even start!
Ready?
[ and, yes, weiss has just started an online drinking game, look she's not making these rules up, pls play that portion at your own discretion ahem ]

text

we're friends??? and it'd be werid????
text
Oh.
Huh.
Then who was it?
text
this guy called rick richmann
he was the class president in highschool and had rich parents and stff like that
driven guy
strict upbringing
text
Oh.
I hate him already.
text
nah i totally get u
i can't bring myself to hate him but man i'm sure gald i got out of that one
text
Sorry for bringing it up.
You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to.
text
he was raised with high expectations and got the short end of the stick thanks to it and i kinda got pulled into ti too since iwas
well
a guy
text
What does being a guy have to do with it?
text
some people back home think that dating the same sex is bad and immoral - not as much in this day and age but there are still some out htere
his parens were like that
text
Do you mind if I ask what happened...?
text
the relationship or the breakup or
text
If that's okay.
text
he was smart and iw as smart and we got along and he was good looking
one of those tenage heartthrob guys you know
so when he said he wanted to try out the dating thing w/out his parents knowing iw as like cool okay, i hadn't dated a guy before that and it felt like my only chance to at the time
u know teenagers and their dramtaic beliefes
text
And... It didn't end well?
text
like it was awesome for a few weeks sure but he started to get all controlling and stuff, like he'd say my passion for space and being an astronaut were kiddie and that i should stop trying to go for it and eventually he'd say it was annoying and that i should stop talking about it even
and he didn't like pda much thanks ot his upbringing so i had to keep it all under wraps until we were alone
i kept trying ot make him happy but i kept losing more of myself too and it sucked a lot
text
So in the end, he was just an asshole.
text
i wanted to hold on to what we had but apollo was actually the one to pull me aside and show me waht was wrong with the whole thing and tell me that is hould be with someoen who appreciates me for who i am and not for who they want me to be
so i broke it off
text
You did the right thing.
You obviously know that, so I don't know why I'm saying it.
But someone like that didn't deserve to even know someone like you.
text
thanks :D it's like i said, bad life deicison but good life lesson
i took what apollo said to heart
and that's why i'm dating allen now (◠‿◠)
text
You two are pretty cute together.
text
but like
he listens to me even if i talk too much and even went and learned more about space by himself, he encourages me but reminds me about wahts important at the same time
i really really love him
and that's the difference between what i had and what i have now
text
But you realize this is a public post and he can probably be reading that right now?
text
don't care
hi allen :D
