Who: weiss schnee and ~you~
Broadcast: fleetwide
Action: ss three twins
When: december 2nd
[ hello drift fleet who here is up for a rousing game of GET TO KNOW YOUR FELLOW CAPTIVES i mean who doesn't love a good ice breaker amirite.
luckily (un...luckily...???) for you all, weiss has done her Research and has chosen the best possible ice breaker the multiverses can find! ]
With the crews back in their vessels and all systems supposedly in order, I thought now would be the perfect time to engage in a good old fashioned ice breaker.
We all come from different worlds, after all, with various experiences under our belt, yet we are all together put in this position, for better or for worse.
So why not try and get to know each other better?
Of course, with distance now an inhibiting factor, it makes things a little more difficult...
But worry not! For I've found a game that will work just as fine through text, with some slight modifications.
The rules are simple enough — anyone is free to make an honest declaration at any time. If any of the statements apply to you, you simply respond with a brief explanation of how.
I can even start!
Ready?
[ and, yes, weiss has just started an online drinking game, look she's not making these rules up, pls play that portion at your own discretion ahem ]

What a coincidence, right now I'm all fingers. I'll try to give it the best telling I can. It all started back in high school some time ago, when everyone was getting ready for a Sadie Hawkins Dance. That means it's a dance where the girls get to ask out the boys!

Well, different planets, different cultures, I guess. So... she asked you to this dance?
no subject
Gee, way to spoil the surprise! :P
But yeah, she did. I knew I liked her, and I found out from her friends that she liked me too! We sat near each other in math class, and she was so shy. But eventually, she asked me out. It was great!

Then there was the dance itself. That was a great time! Wellll, aside from an itty bitty monster attack.

[Legit question, ok.]

But these guys got in. And not exactly from space, from another dimension.
no subject
How did they get in?
no subject
Now this is where it gets complicated. So, about my teleportation ability.
It turns out the way that it works is that I pass through another dimension so fast that not even I can notice it. The only thing that usually comes with me is the smoke and the smell.

But... monsters don't usually come with you, right? That I've noticed, anyway.

And believe me. It wasn't pretty. [Bonus fact: The memory of that place is what was kept in the spooky closet of Kurt's calibrations.]
And it was full of those beasts. Because of how the machine messed with things, some of them were able to get out, too.
no subject
Were you able to fix it?
no subject
Well, mostly it was Forge who actually sent them away. I did more damage control!
no subject
Who's Forge?
no subject
Forge is another student from our school, from another decade. He's a science whiz and he's the one who set up the experiment to begin with.

He got stuck in a different parallel dimension by his own invention and he didn't age while he was trapped there. We just found him and freed him a little while after I came to America.
[What a really mundane life.]

I guess stranger things HAVE happened, but... not by much.
