[ the video feed comes on and Nova is in the kitchen on First Breath. Her communicator is on the table in front of her and she's looking at it, chin on her hands. She looks... bored. Exhausted of being bored. ]

I'm not going to say we aren't well-equipped here, but does anyone have any actually real meat? That hasn't been pre-chewed? If I have to have another of these genuine canned meat products...

Anyway, we can probably barter something. Like I said, we're well-equipped.

[ she turns her communicator around the kitchen so people can see the spice rack and fancy extras they have. Though, it might be noted, it's not like she cleared this with any of her fellow crewmen... ]

I made the mistake of mentioning lamb the other day. Now it's a full on craving.

They're a livestock animal... They don't do much besides produce wool, eat, poop, and make really good meat.

Livestock, like ... [Thinking back, trying to remember the diagrams and definitions. Definitely not speaking from any place of experience.] cattle?

[It's a perplexing idea; being able to sustain massive herds of animals like that ... she can't even imagine the amount of resources it must take.]
