[The second that he knows communications have been turned back on, Victor grabs his communicator and tries to connect to Yuri.

He waits impatiently as it connects. All he wants is to be able to hear Yuri's voice. Well, all he wants is Yuri back with him, but he'll take hearing his voice as a start. Once it connects he clings to the communicator and speaks into it.]
